Good and clean room with good service

Booked and paid through mmt, due to some reasons we short closed the trip and vacated the room. On check out they kept us stand in reception for 30 mins to check the payment, the reception guy doesnt know check out procedures and again he print out a check out bill. On questioning the unprofessionalism the manager came and shouted that this is gopikas policy and you go to hell word. Better mm t should avoid the tie up. The locals have many complaints about this hotel

I am not able explain such a pathetic situations in the bathroom and walls are fully nasty with some paste like stuffs stocked on it !

There are no services of any kind. All request result in mishaps. Better avoid this Hotel.

Guys, I do not have any reason to recommend a stay here. Maintained by people not at all interested to offer any services. A 3 star hotel from where no one understands what you are speaking if it is English or Hindi. The menu gives you list of items but hardly you would get them. The only breakfast you get there is only Poori. No running hot water available for bathing. They would get you a bucket if they like to or else... Don't except your room to be cleaned if you give them the keys. The answer you would get for any question would be no, not, may be, not sure, sorry. You order for anything into the room even a water bottle, you would have to pay then and there as if you were running with that bottle. It would be really bad to stay here.

Good hotel. Low tariff. Restaurant attached. On Calcut main road. In residential area. Near back waters. Close to cherai beach 16 km. Peaceful stay. No AC. Food just OK. Ideal for short stay. Restaurant needs improvement

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed. It was mentioned as 3 star property. Unfortunately, nothing was good at this hotel. Never ever try this. Staffs were so rude and arrogant. The bed and linen were stinky and smelly. AC was not working properly. Horrible. Really disappointed. Never eat anything from there, as they serve old food. We had a big argument with the restaurant staff when they served us old food. Please take care of bed bugs too. Please avoid any sort of stay in this hotel, if you can.
