Very good stay. Staff were very professional. Everyone tried to make us feel comfortable. Facilities were very good too. The hotel catered to our special requests. Ala Carte food was very good as well. Just a small suggestion.. the breakfast food could have been better. Your South Indian versions were good but North Indian and Continental options were not great. You can simply stick to the South Indian options and increase the spread because it was good and provides an authentic experience.

Resort is nice, food was over priced. kayaking was supposed to be complementary but wr did not get it, we were told not available. Travel support was not good, we need to search online to know more about rental scooty and auto. From travel desk not much help.

A wonderful stay.The rooms are big,neat & clean.The view from the room was mesmerising...& could view the backwaters & pool clearly.The swimming pool is nicely maintained.The greenery,birds,carvings added to the aesthetics.The staff was polite & courteous.Ideal location for people who love nature & stay close to backwater lake... We had a wonderful stay here. The location is easily accessible. Hospitality and services of the staff are excellent. Food is good. When we ordered lunin the room, they gave a complimentary 'raita'. Another time we ordered dinner but they didn't charge for a glass of 'hot milk' for the kid. The overall ambience of the resort is a blend of luxury and nature. You can see ducks and ostriches passing by while enjoying the swimming pool.

Beautiful and well maintained property. Highly recommend to all family with kids. Pets, pool, food, stay.....

Property is good however inside water lane creates lot of smell. Badminton court was not available however racket was there. Food is good with variety in breakfast but not in dinner.

The rooms are spacious and aesthetic. Food options are limited for Vegetarians. Breakfast service is very slow. They need to improve the breakfast menu and improve service.

Very Good ambience and I had an amazing experience at Uday Backwater Resort in Alleppey, From the moment I walked in uday , the staff was friendly and helpful. jinu made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Instead of saying "the food was good,"especially dinner , Breakfast average. Please provide umbrella for raining season for customers ,Friendly and accommodating front desk staff stand out from the competition! The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning!”

Good place for a long vacation, spacious rooms with variety of services. Friendly staff. Food is also good.

Everything was good. Just that restaurant insists on going for buffet and ala carte rates are made high. Also in ala carte, more veg options should be available

Great hospitality , Comfy rooms and view worth every penny ! Only disappointment was Tandoor was not operational and we had to settle for Chinese

Property was nice. Rooms were vey spacious and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Only issue was with veg food. Taste is not good for veg food

Pathetic is an understatement when describing the experience at the property. 1) reception is not keen to even give an overview of the property. Wi-Fi details are not shared until asked for. 2) The bed creaks on every movement ( could not sleep the entire night) 3) lunch room service cold food and undercooked chapati 4) dinner buffet all live dishes were cold and undercooked 5) same tandoor used for roti and chicken roasting (not acceptable to vegetarians) 6) Breakfast again when we asked for a fresh parantha as the ones in the serving tray were cold and less.we were again given the old and cold serving.the lady on greeting us while taking to the room gave a very bad attitude and not giving proper information. Lunch and dinner timings we had to ask for and not informed before. Everything was as if why guests are here and we didn’t felt welcome at all.Food was so bad and not fresh had a strange smell and live tandoori roti is cut into so small pieces that it almost get dry. Not to be visited by anyone especially vegetarians

Beautiful property with artistic interiors. Nice rooms with a lakeside view. Staff was very hospitable and also decorated our room for our son’s pure- birthday celebrations as per our request. Breakfast spread is good with good south indian food preparation. Other cuisines preparation is average with limited menu. Photogenic property with lush green views. Overall a nice stay and we enjoyed our stay. Only thing we felt missing was a small playarea for infants toddlers and chinese & italian cuisines menu can be improved. Also more options need to be made available in round the clock menu for travelers reaching the property outside lunch hours.

Our hotel stay was exceptional. The spacious rooms and helpful staff contributed to a positive experience. While the location is somewhat secluded, requiring pre-arranged tours for independent excursions, the resort offers ample on-site activities. We enjoyed the spa services and appreciated the exceptional service provided by Hari, who accommodated all our requests. The mesmerizing backwater view was a highlight; I spent a tranquil afternoon relaxing in a hammock, enjoying the sounds of birds and the occasional passing houseboat. Resort has big swimming pool and area for indoor games. The breakfasts were satisfactory, and the fresh, delicious fish dish was a culinary delight. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable stay.

The resort is very beautiful and located in the Alleppey backwaters. The breakfast was delicious, and all the hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The only drawback was the road to the hotel—it’s a narrow lane with no proper road, which felt quite scary. Other than that, everything about the hotel was perfect
