Haveli Backwater Resorts

The room size was good! But there was no wifi at all even though the property mentioned free WiFi while booking the room. On asking about it, the response we got is "The WiFi range is very low and won't reach any rooms. If you want to work, come down to the reception waiting area and work here or use your own phone's hotspot". This is not at all acceptable with any hotel and now this response even at this price point... Utterly disappointing.

Cockroaches welcomed us in room and washroom. Uncleaned washroom. Food was triable in breakfast. Don’t book

hey we had a terrible stay at this resort . the room was stinking and had untidy swimming pool . I won't recommend this hotel to anyone . 0.5 rating

Very old room furniture is spoiled , room is sticking , spider bet in bathroom not at all worth paying this much amount

Pool facility was poor

location and ambience are good. food is upto expectation. all spots reachable from property. overall good

At first tv is not working then AC is not working at last room is changed

sorry to say that the property amenities and services are very poor quality. Haveli backwater resort property is actually a Hotel not a resort. No walking area, no good activities/ games. game properties are in Poor condition. facilities inside the rooms are very poor condition. Another disaster is the swimming pool. The water condition and the pool is not maintained properly. Mosquitoes are covered in the entire property. Pests are free running inside the rooms. Despite the several requests to rectify the wifi interference with smart TV, the issue didn't resolve until we checked out. Humble requests to the property management to maintain a better quality and cleanliness.

Ok but expensive

This should not be more than 2000 Rs. Every thing was not upto the mark. power plug was loose. AC swing was not working. food items as per menu not available furniture was old, bathroom was not as clean, towels were old, bedsheets were old and not clean the only main feature was it is 1 min away from. backwatera ride

Avoid this hotel bad breakfast, worst service. looks like 2 star hotel not 4. just near to backwater that's it. look some other hotel

The rooms are in pathetic condition. bed linen looks like they are from ages ago. The room was having a window AC which couldn't cool down the room. We got rooms close to their function hall and throughout the night there were noises. in fact, even after that also, the staff were carrying or moving stuff infront of the rooms making noises louder. altogether, a horrible experience after spending for three rooms for a night. if you have that much of money, don't book here. go somewhere else

The stay was good, the staff was helpful.Mr.Akhil Sudhakaran is very cooperative with guests. The atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting.The area was clean and well-maintained.The location is incredibly convenient for getting around

The place was big and pretty but it was not well maintained, everything looked cheap, poorly designed, hotel was mostly empty and food was very average in the hotel. Overall the place was good but service was okay okay. Apart from pool there is nothing much to do in this resort. It is like a hotel only.

I checked out 2 nights earlier as ac makes lots of noise, bathroom hv no separate wet area so it is slip-prey n wet all over after bathing. Restaurant looks like a canteen, average food food quality.

Amenities and room cleanliness and hygiene is not at all good. Food is average and service is poor. Dirty towels used for cleaning glasses when complained about dirty glasses kept in room

The property is great, haveli is the best place to stay and you don't have to worry about the food it has a wide range of choices in food. You can do a houseboat ride it's just outside the hotel. The overall experience was great and the sunset view was wow no words to express my feelings

There service to guest was not ok. They even dis not bother talk guest properly
