very bed room, bathroom and there was not proper toiletries. whole room was dirty including bed sheets and pillow covers.

We reached hotel by around 12 am mid night . 1. They made us to wait to give the cottage . 2. ⁠cottage is very old and stinky 3. ⁠there are so many lizards in the room 4. Land line phone is not working to call to the reception 5. Room ambiance is very bad . 6. ⁠all the cottons in the room are stinky and very dirty 7. ⁠cot is at the corner of the room but fan is in the middle 8. ⁠all the furniture in the room is very old 9. ⁠cushion of the furniture is wet 10. ⁠taps are very tight to operate 11. ⁠blanket and comforter are very old , travels also very old . 12. ⁠used water drains very slow in the washroom .

Service was not upto the mark due to rush

The bathroom is not good, room service is not responsive, restaurant food is not good and the morning buffet breakfast is very pathetic, the swimming pool is not clean and there is no maintenance. In my opinion the cost is too high and we are not getting that much service. If we go to the beer parlour at 10:00 pm the person who is there is not willing to give the beer. As per the govt rule we can buy these things until 11:00 pm. But the barman wants to close at 10:00 pm. It is not good at all.

It was ok ok ,housekeeping issues ,lady staff was ok ,but gents staffs has high attitude,hesitant to help - also had a few engineering related issues ,drain block and power issues - breakfast was ok

Good ambience, best location. Almost all tourist attractions nearby. Easy to reach the resort from Railway station and KSRTC bus terminal.

Stayed in the hotel with kids for one night. Over all a good experience . Hotel staff were very friendly and provided good service. Dinner served was very tasty. Rooms and bathroom was well maintained.

Cottage style rooms are good. Nice place and easy access to shopping lane. food also was decent. pool and activities available.

Laid back tourist property, appropriate at location. Food is very costly and very limited variety. Maitainance is good.

The overall experience was good, whether it was room, service, food and cleanliness. Everything was up to mark.

No electric power in the socket, no hot water and mosquitoes too much,.

Poor room services. Had asked for warm drinking water for my mother, but the reception did not bother to send to the room. Room was neat and clean but the door in the bathroom was broken and not maintained. At this cost of nearly 3800 for a room expected better.

One of the worst expirence in my life. 1. Proprety not maintained. 2. Rooms are like hell, no cleaness, broken furniture, bad smell in room. 3. Bathrooms is like nightmare, very old, toilet seat cover is not their, water is contaminated, no hot water. Rating -0/5 4. Poll not maintained, water is not changing everyday. Rating-1/5. 5. Never recommended - overall-rating-1/5 6. Food never try, i lost my money beacuse not preparing daily.

Disappointing Stay "I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel PAGODA,and it was an unmitigated disaster. This property they are not maintaining nothing. Filthy sink, toilet, and shower. Leaking faucet and clogged drain.

Good service and hospitality. Food also is good. Only problem faced is they not accept amex cards for payment

I'm a hotelier myself so i know how busy the operation works. But the time i went we're not busy at all yet took time to deliver packets of salt i requested in room service. Also i booked for a free breakfast in which i thought will be included throughout the stay. But was given a one time token instead. So it should be mentioned through the app before booking that it's only a one time breakfast.

Pleasant place and excellent hospitality. All staff's are kind and helpul. Restaurant taste is amazing. Especially kerala fish curry superb

Very slow responses from reception. Maintenance was not up to mark for that cost. No breakfast for that high cost rooms. Very lethargic when we entered
