I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent – easily accessible yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The property is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was definitely a highlight of my stay. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Facilities like the pool l were well-kept and added great value to the experience. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches around the property that showed attention to detail and guest comfort. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value for money. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway

My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding—the room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I left feeling relaxed, impressed, and eagerly waiting for the next trip ☺️

One of the room was leaking due to rain upon the complaint staff asked to move to another room which was smelly as it was near to the wash room of the nearby Bar. Staffs were not friendly except the room service and security staffs. Roo. cleaning was pathetic. No taxi or limited availability of Uber taxis.Hotel staff offered the taxi at higher rate. Bathrooms were smelling of Naphtheline and mosquitos were full in the room. no much facilities for kids.

The receptionist at the hotel was very helpful, however I had a tough time with make my trip . The customer care is lowsy. After several attempts,one Ms. helped out. Courteous staff. Same menu every day. Complimentary breakfast and housekeeping is not up the mark. For the money they charge as a place like haripad, they should be able to provide good breakfast, and food. and housekeeping should be better. He uses the same wipe for the closet top and taps.. disgusting

Nice stay… near to our home… we had fun doing kayaking, boating… playing badminton caroms and all… will definitely enjoy

Leela’s 7th Heaven is a beautifully designed property that truly lives up to its name. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings, well-maintained rooms, and peaceful ambiance. It’s the perfect place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hospitality was great, and the staff was attentive and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay. The amenities were well thought out, and the overall vibe of the place was truly relaxing. However, the food was a letdown. While we had high expectations, the flavors and quality did not match the standard of the property. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of taste, variety, and overall dining experience. Despite the food not being up to the mark, the incredible ambiance and excellent service made our stay enjoyable. If they improve the dining experience, this place would be absolutely perfect. I’d still recommend Leela’s 7th Heaven for the amazing stay, but I hope they work on enhancing the food to match the overall excellence of the property.

Very nice and quiet place to stay and not at all crowded. Limited choices of food items and little more professionalism is required

hi, I was on my honeymoon trip to kerala and I got to know about this resort from my in-laws. As i was a bit worried because I am North Indian so I thought about communication and food and all amenities but it was a totally awesome location of The resort is rural and it's 35 km far from Alleppey and check-in and check-out procedure of this resort is very easy. Food was average and the service and staff's behaviour of this resort is very nice. Overall I am not much satisfied with everything . Thanks and Lot's of Love...

Rooms were great but there is nothing around the location. Even uber doesn’t arrive there. Massage centre not activated till now, very small pool. No places to eat around. However staff very courteous.

We are happy about the stay at leelas seventh heaven. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Also they have a good restaurant facility. We took a suit room and was very spacious and clean. Pool is not so big but it is sufficient for enjoying and it also has a partition for kids.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. Nice ambiance. Well maintained pool. Delicious food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay .

Hotel is a new property and facilities are all top notch. Staffs are very friendly and always there to help. Cons : location is bit far from the centre and restaurant food i didnt like that much and the food price is bit costly and quantity of the food is very less for the price they are asking.
