It’s was very beautiful and good hospitality. The view is very good and the surrounding are very pleasant.

We had stayed for 2 nights , overall a good experience. Breakfast buffet is decent with limited options, yet tasted quite good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Spa service is worthy but they are not available on weekends, which is a drawback since some of us in the group could not take it . Appreciate the receptionist's support while we check out and check in formalities were smooth and arranged for transfers quickly. On the whole, a decent place to relax and spend time by the backwaters view .

The service was genuinely great; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The view was something else—just beautiful, especially around sunset. And the food? Solid. Not over-the-top fancy, but tasty and satisfying. All in all, a place I’d definitely go back to.

Pros ------ Hotel Ambience is excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are of good size and neat and well maintained. Pool and outdoor activities are great. Breakfast buffet is good, and the served food is of great taste. Room services are also great Cons ------ Last few 50m to the hotel entrance is very narrow Compared to the services provided by hotel, variety of food items needs to be improved. This hotel is in Kuttanad area and Kuttanadan dishes were very less. Also, the variety of dessert items is very less. What I feel is the cost of some food items are a bit on the high end that needs to be checked Overall, it's a great stay for 1 or 2 days overnight

Resort ambience and service is good.. Provided basic amenities, complimentary ride,welcoming was also good Need to improve Restaurant ambience, as it is near backwaters full of mosquitoes during dinner... food is average....

place is located out of allepey town around 10 to 12km away surrounded by lush paddy fields and backwaters. resort has has back water connection where you can drop try hop on to boat rides. very clean hotel very courteous staff.

The property is scenic but it is located quite far from the city. This makes local conveyance options expensive and limited. Service was quite good

The rooms are good and pleasant. Food is not that great and it is below average. Ambience is very good. Resort amenities are very good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is very good. View to the lake is good.

Had a great stay at paloma, with well planned activities within the resort. I would highly recommend the Ayurvedic spa, the therapist was great
