Karapuram Village Resort And Spa

We booked a deluxe room at your resort, but the balcony door couldn’t be locked — a serious safety concern, especially for women. We checked multiple deluxe rooms, all had the same issue. The management claims it’s “safe,” yet there’s a bar on-site. People are roaming around and people can access any room via the balcony which is not at all safe. Finally, we were shifted to a non-balcony standard room instead of the deluxe we paid for!

worst service ever had,,we reached at 3 pm they are not informing about breakfast timings very late food delivery,not supporting mentality staff

the resort was good but the amenities provided was not good. Booked delux room with balcony but the room didn't feel like delux. toiletries and dental kits missing. No hot water, no instructions available on room service and restaurant. had to call the reception several times to get hot water running. Quality of food not great for price quoted and complimentary breakfast had limited option, dosa, bread and omelette and puri. coffee, tea and water melon drink. overal not worth it. billing issues while check out.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was good and the property itself is pleasant. Breakfast, however, was quite minimal and could be improved. Room service was decent, though not always delivered on time. The TV in the room was not working and no technician was available to fix it, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a good property, but adding more activities in the garden area would make it more enjoyable, especially for leisure and play.

Good location and ambience. Staff are very helpful, especially Albert. Recommend the newer rooms. Check hot water, a/c in rooms. Pool is nice. Room service is good. Close to beach, churches, temples etc. great access to Alapuzha and Kumarakom. The resort makes good travel arrangements.

They don’t show any single picture of apartment type building. They sow the picture of the cottages. They don’t provide any contact number in google to ask clarification. There was no tooth paste, brush in the washroom and no napkins in the room. Very limited items for breakfast. There is a big Bee hive hanging in the building which is always dangerous for humans.

Our experience at Karapurampuram Village Resort and Spa was average overall. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food — it was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, though the service was a bit slow. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, a few details felt a bit off — like using a used clothing tag as a key for electricity, which came across as a bit unprofessional and cost-cutting. With a little more attention to quality and service consistency, this place could offer a much better experience considering the peaceful location and potential of the property.

the stay was okish... for 4500 plus tax, it was not exactly worth it. the power kept going all through night. the breakfast was not ideal. had to wait a lot for some poori. they were bringing in 6-7 poori in batches and people were taking it by the time we reached there. but.. the ambience was good with rain and people were pleasent.

We had an amazing vacation! The stay was excellent with a relaxing and beautiful ambiance. The food was super tasty, and the entire staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Overall, we’re very happy and fully satisfied with the experience.

Stay is very these very clean with very responsible staff. the place is near to the beach. the welcome desk staff is very welcoming and smiling and they are very cooperative. we also get to very quick response from room service as well as from the reception. very good experience.
