Aqua Palace

Our stay was truly pleasant and peaceful. We had a wonderful time—both during the day and at night—at the homestay. The caretaker was very friendly, attentive, and cooperative. They reached out well in advance to confirm our food preferences, which made us feel well cared for. The homestay also offers boating, kayaking, and fishing arrangements upon request, adding to the overall experience.

They are charging extra for everything even for water and extra bed itself

It's a homestay with very small property but it's right on the backwaters. Rooms are very small with no luxury. The owner and staff were nice and have arranged for whatever was requested. Overall it's not worth

A plan for a longer resort stay had to be cut down and so were the various options shared by friends. This was a one day getaway. We found aqua palace on mm t and as we approached, we were not sure if we made the right choice. But once you are at the property, your worries just vanish. Biju, mono and team takes you over with their hospitality. A true kerala styled set up welcomes you with rooms facing pamba river. This 6-room setup is excellent for staying with friends and family. Strongly recommended if you want to have a simple, kerala styled, comfortable stay.

The property is small and not at all maintained. the staff is cooperative. Food is bad with extremely limited options.if planning to go with kids, not at all advisable. also the place is in the outskirts, hence no other option for food was available and we had to depend on in-house restaurant. there are better options available in the nearby location. Also, the rooms are not soundproof. we can very well hear the sound of our adjacent room.

We recently stayed there for 2 days as a family of 10. The property has 4 rooms and we had it to ourselves during our stay. The location is really great - waking up and watching the river traffic slowly pickup at sunrise to the houseboats going to their anchoring places at sunset - it is a constant treat to your eyes. The hosts, Mr. Biju and Mr. Moni (Monichettan), was awesome. We had great food for every meal; what was really surprising is that we got 5 upperis (dry vegetable sabji) along with our fish curry meals! We had a bunch of kids with us who were fussy eaters and Monichettan accommodated all their demands. They will ask you for your food orders in advance to ensure that they can procure what you ask for. They helped arrange a boat ride for us, which gave us a good sense of the lives of the people around the place. We had a really good time overall. The last stretch of the access road is a bit narrow - Monichettan guided us through that section since we rode an Innova. The upstairs rooms have open bathrooms - if you are not comfortable with that, you might want to indicate your preference.

If you want to enjoy backwaters this is the place for you. Far from alleppey town 13km appx but bang on backwaters. All facilities catered by homestay for boating food and other amenities required.

The hotel is awesome, the food was delicious, and the staff working there is polite and we'll mannered also they speak english or hindi.

Peaceful stay with waterfront. The house was lovely.
