Good property. The service was decent, food is little expensive. overall a good stay.

Location and comfort level is like a 5 star resort, vegetarian meal is too good but little heart broken when we ordered sea food. Fish was not so fresh and taste was too bad.

Stay was comfortable it’s a beautiful property in Kumarakom nice location . First day we had vegetarian meal it was really good but next evening was a flop show . We ordered Kerala cuisine non vegetarian. It was really disappointing. Fish quality was also not good and preparation was awful and rates are more then any good 5 star hotel

View and resort is excellent and they have beautifully utilised the lake view and in resort lagoon formation, since it's lakeside expect salty dampness everywhere especially if we use AC. Rest service and food was good but found lacking from what a top notch resort will give in terms of personalisation and quality of food. Breakfast buffet was okay. Make sure you take a cottage if you want to enjoy the lake.

The property is stunning and its location is unparalleled. The resort is a destination in itself and one does not need to step out of the resort to experience Kerala. Special call out yo Anjali for looking after us along with Pritham and Nikhil.

We had an excellent relaxing stay at the Zuri Kumarakom. There were many activities like paddle boat, shikara boat ride, zip line ride which kept us engaged. The food was delicious and good variety. Club house was well maintained and had functional Billiards table, Chess, carroms. The billiards balls need renewal and cue stick tips need replacement. Staff is very courteous and attentive.

The staff at zuri is extremely courteous. The early check in request was considered .They gave us room with best view. The electric cart was available for senior citizen all the time The room was very spacious . The balcony facing lagoon makes the stay serene. The gym is well equipped Staff at every moment was responsive Boat ride was well organised Food was great Amazing Dosa must try at breakfast

This is an excellent property and well maintained & kept clean for the tourist. Staff down to earth and their food & services are extremely good. The ayurveda dr. Vaishnavi priya is very professional and their treatment & advised are well met the requirements of all of us. The boat journey, swimming pool facilities, jaquci are all a great source of relaxation. All in all it was a great experience.

Stay is good with good ambience. One will find activities like boating, zipline, cycling,fishing there. But the food is overpricy and not that tasty.

An impressive property but low on maintenance and unenthusiastic service. Poor welcome at reception no welcome drink or welcoming service. Within an hour of check in the room was filled with maintenance people fixing non locking main doors and nonfunctional TV. One look at the main door lock was enough to know it was a regular issue due to chronic non maintenance. My valuable time at the property was lost overseeing the service people. The balcony the presence of which makes the room extra expensive, does give a view of the lagoon but it also gives a depressing view of worn out partly broken wall of adjacent room. Last year i had visited a property just adjacent to this resort. It was a beautiful experience and i would have gone there itself but for MMTs "MMT luxury" tag. I wonder how MMT can award luxury tag to such poorly maintained property. Most of the 3 or 4 star properties i have visited offers much better experience than this. MMT needs to seriously reconsider its property tagging criterion. On the positive side the food was good and service at the restaurant was also good and the property is set in beautiful surroundings. But overall this is a property is well past its prime and unless someone decides to change its way of functioning..... I am not going back there anytime.

This was our first time at zuri and it really captivated us, the place was extremely clean and beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
