Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon

Great Location to stay @Vagamon with all necessary amenities. Their in-house restaurant is really good and the staff is very courteous. Deluxe rooms could have been slightly big but that is not an issue if you are planning to explore places throughout the day😊

used bed sheets and very small room. very bad experience from manager. food price also very high and food is not upto the mark

Restaurant neat and clean food is good but rooms are not neat telephone is not available water heater is not available in room the reception response is too waste I have video the person is bringing hot water in bucket

Never used the service and was charged . Anyway I can get a break. I booked July 2025 and cancelled the one for January 2936 by mistake

Paid for triple occupancy but they provided very small double bed room with extra bed. Too small rooms. Bathroom hangers were broken

the location and the hotel feels so good with the nature's beauty🥰the food is great .and the best part is the swimming pool that we have enjoyed alot💕.over all it was very nice experience with the stay.all the staffs are very friendly and professional.

Palette hill view resort Vagamon, Located in step hill side, Climate was very nice, Room is average, Charger plug points are not working properly, Bathroom was not upto the level, Breakfast is Best complimentary, Lunch and Dinner menu are quite costly, Parking is small you need to give your keys to security, No handwash liquids, Hot water issue, Swimming pool and Mountain view is good, Overall experience is average - Stayed in junior suite room.

I found this resort via make my trip, the location is good. view is good. but when we initially went there to our classic room, its not neat, we asked to change the bed cover and clean it. then they did it. staff are kind and food is ok

We stayed at luxury Mountain View room and it was very good. Staffs were professional and helpful . Special mention to Managers Praveen and Rajan who were there to help us always. We had dinner and complimentary breakfast from there and it was good. Breakfast had lot of options. Kids too enjoyed the stay especially pool , small kids play area and indoor recreational area.

Breakfast and Dinner is good. Property is at the top of the hill and the view is awesome Staffs are polite but early check-in is not possible. we booked deluxe room but toilet seat is not good.

The stay in delux room is very cramped and sometime very suffocating. Request for an upgrade was turned down. However, Food is good, the preparation time is very lengthy though.

The suite room is ultimate luxury, but the WiFi was not working, swimming pool is good, lawn is excellent, regarding food one of the item was not cooked properly and we complained it but still they charged in our bill. There is also no complementary evening tea or snacks.
