Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon

I had an amazing experience at Palette Hill View Resort. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely humble and attentive throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by a few of the team members — Snehitha, Arathi, Abin, and Khanu Nayik — who are currently pursuing their higher studies in hotel management. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out. I wish them all the very best in their careers — their genuine care and hospitality will surely take them a long way! Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with top-notch service.

Pallete hill view resort have good property , facilities, restaurants , swimming pool and 24hrs room service We are staying just one night there but unfortunately the restaurant didn't open its tandoori items that's why we are ordered chicken pepper, paratha, and Masala fish , beef varutharachathu I can say its just ok for me Their staffs are good and well mannered to me and my wife Totally I will recommend one time stay there

It’s an average stay in a remote place ,food was good, no other activities to spend time ,view from rooms were not beautiful

Food is worst

Great Location to stay @Vagamon with all necessary amenities. Their in-house restaurant is really good and the staff is very courteous. Deluxe rooms could have been slightly big but that is not an issue if you are planning to explore places throughout the day😊

used bed sheets and very small room. very bad experience from manager. food price also very high and food is not upto the mark

Restaurant neat and clean food is good but rooms are not neat telephone is not available water heater is not available in room the reception response is too waste I have video the person is bringing hot water in bucket

Never used the service and was charged . Anyway I can get a break. I booked July 2025 and cancelled the one for January 2936 by mistake

Paid for triple occupancy but they provided very small double bed room with extra bed. Too small rooms. Bathroom hangers were broken

the location and the hotel feels so good with the nature's beauty🥰the food is great .and the best part is the swimming pool that we have enjoyed alot💕.over all it was very nice experience with the stay.all the staffs are very friendly and professional.

Palette hill view resort Vagamon, Located in step hill side, Climate was very nice, Room is average, Charger plug points are not working properly, Bathroom was not upto the level, Breakfast is Best complimentary, Lunch and Dinner menu are quite costly, Parking is small you need to give your keys to security, No handwash liquids, Hot water issue, Swimming pool and Mountain view is good, Overall experience is average - Stayed in junior suite room.

I found this resort via make my trip, the location is good. view is good. but when we initially went there to our classic room, its not neat, we asked to change the bed cover and clean it. then they did it. staff are kind and food is ok

We stayed at luxury Mountain View room and it was very good. Staffs were professional and helpful . Special mention to Managers Praveen and Rajan who were there to help us always. We had dinner and complimentary breakfast from there and it was good. Breakfast had lot of options. Kids too enjoyed the stay especially pool , small kids play area and indoor recreational area.
