We had stayed here once in 2022 and we were impressed by their hospitality & cleanliness especially. So we were looking forward how it would be after 3 years. Happy to say that they have maintained it perfectly. Property is one of the best in vagamon. very hygienic and clean property. There may be other properties which offer better view, however Falcon crest is best in service. Kudos for them keeping the same standard for more than 10-15 years

It was really nice experience. I have visited with family. Resort staff was responding swiftly. Any request was responded within 2-3 minutes. Room and bathroom size were good with seperate living area. Balcony was having nice mountain view.
