Overall experience at this place was very good. In breakfast buffet they should add some more items but otherwise everything was up to the mark

Hospitality is not good. Having slippery tiles in the bed room. I fell down 3 times, my daughter fell down 2 times but some how we managed. If old age people stayed in that room, they would have hip or wrist fracture because of the tiles. And cost of the room is overrated. Non veg food is not that much good, everything is processed. Veg food was good

The property views and climate around the area is amazing. It offers a great panoramic view of the hills, the courtyard hosts classical dance shows in the evening. The room and the bathroom are very comfortable. The only improvement the restaurant needs is the choice of menu and the food taste, I would not say it is completely not nice but could be scaled up. The bajji given during high tea was only, the breakfast was good , few food items in the menu could have been changed.The service from the staff is top notch. Anyone who is in for views and comfort should definitely try this one.

the saty was excellent... the rooms are spacious with superior interior and furnishings... balcony give a space for relaxing by enjoying the nature with a breeze always.. the most enjoyed part was the food.. no words, every item was superb 👌.. the mountain view point with the tea and snacks was something which we usually don't see in any of these kind of resorts.. enough things were placed for activities bith indoor and outdoor ...from the moment we entered till check out, the staff was caring our family like anything.. we have enjoyed a lot... thank you

This place deserves 10/10!!! Tranquil place with fantastic views, comfortable villas, variety of activities in and outside of the hotel, yoga with sunrise, traditional dance show and the most delicious food ... everything exceeded our expectations and I am very very grateful to every person in this hotel who take so much care of their guests. All services are of very high quality and people are very friendly. Thank you!!! The place I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Excellent hospitality right from welcoming the guest as a family returning back home till the end of the stay they treat you with the same courtesy, warmth, politeness, attention to detail continuously checking on our comfortness not just by one or two staff members but each and everyone at the hotel. They had arranged for complimentary hi tea in the evening followed by table napkin folding teaching to demonstrating the art of local culinary teaching us how to make kerala's most favorite sweet dish payasam lastly followed by cultural dance programme. All these activities were captivating and didn't let us get bored for a minute. We had requested for jain meals and their attention to detail in satisfying our taste buds went beyond exceptional. They accommodated our every request right from serving panner pakoda with hi tea to scrumptious and super filling variety of jain food items in the dinner buffet. Inf-act they were sooo kind and generous that they handed over the entire menu and asked us in advance to o select and inform them whatever needs to be prepared without onion and garlic. I am highly grateful to the entire team of blanket days resort and spa to make our stay comfortable and accommodating our each and every literally every single request. Special thanks to ms sneha, mr teji and mr. And mr joji jose and going out of their way beyond words to make us feel at home and special. In my personal review, the resort was an excellent service. The rooms are clean & safe. There are more facilities, it was like an luxury. The staffs very caring, friendly & helpful. One more thing to say about is food. The food was very delicious, tasty & spicy. So, i recommend u to come with your couples for trip to blanket days. Room was so good with a very big jacuzzi. Hotel is surrounded by very calm and nature place. Hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. The adventure activities especially zip line was so nice. There is a view point in the hotel, which was so nice. Overall a great stay but food alone need to improve a little.
