Reception good, Natural ambience of the lobby area. Location is very near to most tourist spots. Super clean and well maintained Rooms.

Elephant Court is well located near to City center, having ample of parking space and easily approachable. Room is very comfortable with good washroom. Food was good and one should try Ven Pongal which i found great. Spa experience was good.

Excellent stay, friendly service, hospitality is awesome. Food served was all good. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. overall it was a good stay.

Check in experience is not good . Specially reception staff Anju behaviour is very rude and non cooperative. They give us lower side room and smelly washroom food is not good . overall bad stay in elephant court

I recently stayed at this resort and had a lovely experience. However, the breakfast options were somewhat disappointing. While the food was fresh and well-prepared, the selection was limited and didn't quite live up to my expectations. The pool, unfortunately, was on the smaller side, but it was clean and well-maintained. On the other hand, the evening tea was a highlight of my stay. The selection of teas was impressive, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. Overall, I'd recommend this resort to those looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway. While it may not have excelled in every area, the resort's unique touches and serene atmosphere made for a lovely stay. With a bit of tweaking to the breakfast and pool areas, this resort could truly shine.

Checkout experience was very poor and the reception staffs were not customer friendly. But the spa was good.

The place was in a decent location but not much to do as it’s right amid-st the jungles the rooms were also okay and nothing too great as we had just stayed at munnar at the grand cliff resort, so, naturally comparisons were in order

they provide poor service, terrible and non hygiene breakfast. we can't expect this type of service from this price point

Good experience. Everyone is friendly. Good place for couples/family must visit places. Every staff members in there was friendly and explains everything detailed and provide all assistance. Food was good.

After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to check in but the stay was nice. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. There is a small indoor area for kids. The chef is a gem, preparing some yum foods considering the taste of the audience. Pool was under maintenance else it was 5 on 5 for a nominal stay
