We recently stayed at Springdale Resort, Thekkady with family and had a truly memorable experience. The location is calm and scenic, surrounded by greenery, which made it perfect for a relaxed family holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy stay. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The food served was fresh and tasty, with a good variety to suit different preferences. The resort also had ample space for kids to enjoy, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to unwind away from the busy city life. Overall, Springdale Resort is a wonderful choice for families visiting Thekkady. With its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and warm service, it offers great value for a pleasant holiday.

The property is 5mins away from the main road (town). With the other side river and high tea mountains. Wonderful property with well maintained gardens, indoor activities (to play cricket area, TT, Snooker table & Foosball). Well maintained restaurants, swimming pool. The best part is my wife accidentally visited the kitchen of the resort and her feedback was well cleaned and organised. Swimming pool filtration should be equipped that’s the only flaws I have to quote. Otherwise the resort is good with polite staffs and very responsive is another word I want to quote.

It was a pleasant stay at SPRINGDALE HERITAGE RESORT, really loved the property and the hospitality! We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and we booked 3 heritage rooms, since all 3 rooms were not in single floor they immediately upgraded 1 room to suite so that we all be together in same floor. They have a swimming pool which is very good and restaurant which serves Delicious food which is not expensive either! We recommend this property to whoever is planning to visit Thekady / Periyar National Park. Only con is that it's little away from Periyar National Park!

Overall a good experience. Rooms were clean just like the rest of the resort. The pool was well maintained. Food was great. You have some board games to keep yourself entertained. Suitable for families. If you are looking for a resort in the midst of the forest, this one is not for you.
