Had an amazing stay – the room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The location was perfect and all amenities exceeded expectations. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

The property was clean , neat and best for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious it had a river view. My nephew had a good time at indoor games room. Swimming pool was very clean

Location has some challenges, but the property is nice. Views are bit challenging based on the rooms. Food is excellent, service is good.

It's located near High road, enjoyed the healthy food with family, the staff moved kindly and helped for our tour. We had a pleasant stay there

It was a pleasant stay at SPRINGDALE HERITAGE RESORT, really loved the property and the hospitality! We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and we booked 3 heritage rooms, since all 3 rooms were not in single floor they immediately upgraded 1 room to suite so that we all be together in same floor. They have a swimming pool which is very good and restaurant which serves Delicious food which is not expensive either! We recommend this property to whoever is planning to visit Thekady / Periyar National Park. Only con is that it's little away from Periyar National Park!

Location is nice ,in the midst of nature, though it is in town . The property is very nice,with good ambience.Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

The property is 5mins away from the main road (town). With the other side river and high tea mountains. Wonderful property with well maintained gardens, indoor activities (to play cricket area, TT, Snooker table & Foosball). Well maintained restaurants, swimming pool. The best part is my wife accidentally visited the kitchen of the resort and her feedback was well cleaned and organised. Swimming pool filtration should be equipped that’s the only flaws I have to quote. Otherwise the resort is good with polite staffs and very responsive is another word I want to quote.

Not what we expected. lots of mosquitos. Food quality was pathetic. and worst was there was no Wifi, which was mentioned but not working. The photos shows the club house but it's all rusted and broken. Can not even play chess in that room full of mosquitos and insects. would never visit here.

1. Rooms were not clean when we checked in, floors were not clean. 2. Bathroom fittings were not in the correct places. 3. Rooms amenities were not the same in both the rooms provided to us. 4. Room service and housekeeping intercom no. was not responding most of the time.
