Property has good swimming pool in middle of nature. And Rooms in resort are clean and special mention on the staff in the resort are good asset for this property. Entire staff are working with passion on the hospitality.

Coffee Routes Resort offered a pleasant stay in a tranquil setting with scenic views of the mountain ranges. Surrounded by tall trees, the resort features a beautiful swimming pool nestled amidst the greenery. The food was fairly decent, and the staff were courteous and kind.

We were a group with three families total 6 adults and 3 kids. Booked 3 rooms for our 2 day stay and used the hotel parking for our vehicles.

The worst experience of my kerala trip. The deluxe room pics showcased here are completely different from the actual room(see attached pics). The room given is very conjusted with almost no forest view and on top of that additional worst experience is that, not even able to sit in the balcony as the back area is full of cement and construction waste. We were totally upset with experience and when asked simply a sorry with <₹500 complimentary lunch which would never give my experience back. When it comes to food the alacarte lunch was good however the dinner and breakfast buffet arrangement was terrible with minimal cleaniliness and taste is also ok. I will never recommend Coffee Routes to anyone. If they have some renovation works, must close bookings and complete before allowing to customers.

Great ambience and spacious rooms, ideal for families. However, disappointed with the service in the kitchen and restaurant. Buffet breakfast unavailable during our stay, and long wait times due to understaffing. Room service also slow. Improvement needed for a 4-star category resort and for the price charged" staffs were polite and good

The resort and environment is fabulous. Warm welcoming, nice behaves from the staff and good food (in free breakfast) with varieties in north and south indian culture. Bicycling for free; arrangements for safari from the resort itself and hardly 3 km to reach boating center. (booking directly will help) i loved the stay and would recommend it.

Nice location, good atmosphere to stay, clean air, rooms are neat and clean, amenities are okay, hospitality is very good. Overall good for staying with family and friends.

I made the payment And when i get to the resort, they said the booking is cancelled, and i had to pay an additional 2000 to settle there. The staff welcome me with fruit cake and wine only to say that the booking is cancel-led and i must pay an additional 2k to confirm my booking. Horrible experience after 160km drive just to enjoy a holiday.

The rooms were average for the rate and food is decent and the staffs are very good

We can enjoy the nature by staying in the resort. Pool is small. Food is good. Don’t have much options for food. Overall above average experience

It is in midst of nature which we found so peaceful. The rooms have balconies overlooking the forest were you can sit and enjoy your morning tea surrounded by greenery. Our group had 9 members and we were given good facilities. Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of items, both indian and continental cuisine was served. Very serene and nature friendly resort. Enjoyed our 1 night stay, should have stayed for 1 more day. Would love to go back again. The staff were also very friendly and caring. The place is very neat and clean, bathrooms were also good. You can find greenery all around you which is the best part about this resort. Would recommend to go there for at least 2 nights and enjoy your stay

Excellent property, that had a forest like ambience. We woke up to the singing of malabar whistling thrush and other birds which really made us feel like we had taken a stay inside a forest. Such a calm and peaceful stay it was. The rooms were clean, spacious and had a balcony( with view of the cardamom plantation. Good service & budget friendly stay.

Very good location. Good big rooms. Nice restaurant. Though lunch & dinner on week days need to be pure ordered with limited options. Food quality is good.
