Property is good as per the area. Though nobody picks up your call when u dial for reception or housekeeping. Very less breakfast options. In kerala, they only provide sambar idli in breakfast. Rest is bread , fruits n cornflakes. Always carry your ready-to-eat if you are a North Indian.

Over all good for budget stay. Clean rooms. Room AC was not working properly. TV was not Smart TV. No ala carte order for breakfast. Food room service not flexible. Forced to have buffet during breakfast.

Hotel at prime location

This hotel is situated in the heart of kumily town and accessible to all places. Amble car parking and the staff were good and polite. We booked studio king executive room and the room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and dinner from the hotel was very good and tasty. Just two things we noticed as their was no hot water availability in the morning and as mentioned in booking we didnt get welcome drink on arrival.. Rest all good..

Nice comfortable stay in the heart of Thekkady city. Very good, professional & polite staff. The hotel is neat & clean with an efficient housekeeping staff. The front desk reception staff were polite, accommodating and definitely went out of their way to make us comfortable. The restaurant buffet tho was a bit lacking. Breakfast & Lunch buffet will give probably a 3 at best out of 5. The restaurant staff disappears into the kitchen so often that customers need to either wait long or go searching for them. The manager said that they are preparing for the Lunch but there should be atleast one staff manning the buffet counter till the last customer finishes. Food was average and nothing special to write about. Overall a pleasant experience if you intend to stay for a day or two. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay comfortable.
