luxury tent was dusty and not maintained well. exterior of the tent( chairs and table) was not cleaned and rusty floor was not like what was shown the power supply kept failing at night and had to call staff 3 times at night. no cupboard for cloths were there. park was poorly maintained

Not upto expectations. Bedsheets and pillows covers were not cleaned properly could see dirts. Not able to sleep so we called the reciption and asked them to change the bedsheets pilowcase ..

Had a 2 night stay with my family. Location- nestled in a small tea estate with scenic vagamon hills for backdrop. Great, supportive staff. Rooms were quite spacious.

Everything was excellent the stay , the environment , the cleanliness, ... the only thing which they need to overlook is food , food is not good there , except that everything is excellent..... food is not good and too expensive also .... rest all superb stay and hospitality

Holiday Vagamon is one of the best hotel that i have ever stayed. It is a best place to enjoy your trip. The hotel is hygienic and they provided the best room service as well.

Off the Hustle of Vagamon town, very serene location. Very comfortable stay . Pleasant and polite staff. Amenities as expected. Nothing lacking.

But neatness should be improved in kids play area and indoor game area.. Incineration of waste is near to kids play area. Waste burning fumes are spreading to kids play area.. Otherwise seems okay. Staffs,their coordination and support were good.

The stay was pretty good. The hospitality,food, cleanliness of the room and outdoor ambience were good. Since we stayed with our baby, the only suggestion is to improve the activities in the kid's playing area. Also the waste disposal area is near the play area which is also to be maintained well.

The stay on "Premium room with Jacuzzi" is excellent in terms of cleanliness, staff support and behaviour, one of the less crowded resort, nice swimming pool and open shower... Food taste is good, some amenities are not working like hair dryer but major to complaint

This is my fourth time visit here. Evertime i am getting a warm welcome. Staff are very helpful. Very carom and clean atmosphere. Tea plantation around. Also very good ans hygienic food.

Booked premium jacuzzi room, the room was good, neat and clean. Space was good for a family of 4. Morning breakfast has limited options only, for lunch and dinner you need to book well in advance which is a drawback. No option for deserts except ice cream. Food quality is average. No camp fire and music. Pool was without any attendant. Indoor play area was not maintained like almost closed. So just good room and nothing much overall.

Rooms are poorly maintained. Compound is good. Breakfast was okay. But overall stay was not good option for me
