The place has the old heritage feeling, if thats your thing. I liked the stay, the rooms are simple, no luxury but comfortable. The food is good, the staff is good and helpful to arrange things for you. The place has lots of open ground to play around, especially if you have kids with you then this place is right place with all open places safe to play for kids or toddlers ..

This hotel is bank of the Backwater and provides amazing view. Thought th oropoettnis very small (only has 4 cottages) and the rooms are suitable only for 2 people. The rooms were neat and clean. The best thing about the stay was the service. Abhilash was very courteous and one the most helpful staff I have come across. Overall it's a good Value for Money.

Disappointed by the F&B Services and Facilities. Very Old Fashioned Buffet and Restaurant. Staff at the restaurant was unable to understand our requests. I believe language problem. Otherwise, the stay was very good. Hotel Staff was very hospitable and caring. Well Maintained property and excellent view.

It is really cozy & calm environment. Good for family trips. The staff we interacted with were all warm, friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast buffet, which offered plenty of regional favorites as well as healthy and more traditional options. The rooms are great for families wanting a little space to spread out as well as options for on site activities and entertainment.

Location is good and resort is very pleasant. Food is expensive and limited choice. Tea and coffee also very limited. No buffet on weekdays. Can improve facilities for the price they charge. Overall good experience

Breakfast menu is limited but good. Rooms were spacious and clean; the hotel doesn't have a Lake/ Backwater view Check in and Check out process was smooth; however there is a discrepancy between the actual booking amount that has been paid and the amount that is reflected in the Hotel' tax invoice. Pleasant stay for short time is assured.

Don't book this hotel by seeing the pictures. It is not maintained at all. Bedsheets and towels are stained. Poor lighting. Even though the air condition is there but it won't work. They are saying because of voltage problem. The only plus is you can see the paddy field when you open the door.
