Excellent experience want to visit again, except some food and the view is amazing. Sunset view is amazing

I recently stayed at Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa in Kumarakom, and it was truly a memorable experience. The property is set amidst lush greenery with beautiful views of the Vembanad Lake, offering a perfect blend of luxury and serenity. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile. The hospitality made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight – the buffet spread had a wide variety of both Kerala specialties and international dishes, all cooked to perfection. The resort also has a lovely pool, Ayurvedic spa, and options for backwater activities like boating, which added to the overall charm of the stay. Overall, Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa is the perfect destination if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in Kumarakom with luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kerala’s backwaters.

Location was nice, reception told me Dinner buffet was not included and hence I ordered room service, and then was told Dinner was included in the booking. Then the sleep in the room was so disturbed as the calling bell keep ringing every 30 mins throughout the night and was told by the staff that it might be a faulty calling bell.

The stay at Gokulam Grand has been excellent. We really enjoyed the property with our 2 year old daughter. There were plenty of fun activities to do as a family. The property is rather new and pristine. Breakfast spread was great. Dinner I would rate above average but not excellent. Staff and service were outstanding and deserve 11 out of 10!

stay and service is average compared to price they are charging... I stayed for 2 days with my wife and son.. the service is very slow it seems as if everyone wants you to check out as you have already paid..

It is a must visit in Kumarakom. amazing service! staff at the resort is dedicated and take care of you like never before. the property itself is amazing. we booked a lake room view & the room was fantastic.

The resort truly stands out for its value for money. Set in a scenic location, the property is well maintained and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the service was consistently prompt and courteous. Facilities like the spa and gym added to the overall comfort. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was well prepared. We also enjoyed the range of water activities available, including pedal boating and kayaking. Overall, a well-rounded and enjoyable stay.

One of the best holiday experiences in recent times. Given the weather conditions, we were not very sure how our 2 nights stay will turn out. I had taken 2 superior room with sit out and the whole stay was very memorable. Rain did play hide and seek, but the overall resort environment was very clean and found it very safe, though it is right next to the backwaters. The property is very well maintained and definitely one of the best managed resorts in Kumarakom. The staff were very friendly and always ready to attend with a smiling face. The food was excellent and the rooms were very clean and neat. This is relatively a new property and is very well managed. The resort has enough activities to keep kids and family entertained. The man made lake with boating and and kayaking was something new for us. The view from the resort to the vast lake during the mornings and evenings ( sunset) was amazing.

Our stay at Gokulam Grand was great. Their staff behaviour and service were exceptional. Also they provide ayurvedic spa treatments which was great. They served local cuisine which was very good. Overall a fantastic experience. A must visit place...!!
