My stay at this property was overall a pleasant experience, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the reception staff, who were exceptionally warm, polite, and attentive. Their hospitality set a positive tone for the stay, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. However, there is room for improvement in terms of ambience. While the basic amenities were well-maintained, certain elements—such as lighting, décor, and overall aesthetics—could be enhanced to create a more inviting and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and food service had a decent selection, but there is definitely scope for enhancement. While some dishes were enjoyable, there was inconsistency in taste and presentation. Improving the variety, quality, and efficiency of food service would greatly contribute to an elevated dining experience. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The location of the property was excellent—very convenient and scenic, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all our tastes. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality extended by the staff. Everyone was extremely humble, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a few complimentary activities as part of our stay. These extra touches added great value to our overall experience and made our trip even more enjoyable. we went for my father's 80th birthday celebration. we really did enjoyed our stay. nice welcoming from Lakesong Resort staff with wishes and a juice. they gave us a free backwaters ride, really enjoyed by my family. next thing we did is having a good time in pool. enjoyed very much there. thereafter a nice dinner. (paid) my family liked the dinner as we went for buffet. for six person with a kid it came around 5900 or little less rooms are excellent (ashtamudy). clean and neat property is superb. you can cycle around or walk or run😃 overall experience is really good

Had a wonderful stay at Lakesong Resort, Kumarakom. The property is beautiful with serene lake views and lush greenery all around. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, offering a great mix of Kerala cuisine and continental options. Staff were very courteous and helpful, making the experience even better. Perfect location for a peaceful getaway.

Location was great, easily accessible through a wide road (unlike many other neighbouring resorts. A property with huge open area just on the bank of the lake. Breakfast had a diverse set of options including live dosa. Amenities are excellent. Ideal place for family and group holidays.

We had a wonderful experience at the resort. The boat ride was scenic.The rooms and pool are delightful. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious and served with many dishes. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

ambience and stay was good.... foos was also good... staff responce and behaviour was appreciative...... butttt... butt... butt... the toilets was worst.... i chance two rooms beacuse of bad toilets.... flush was not working.... tap was not working...... light was not working....... 🥹🥹...... apart from toilet side every tbing was good....

it was a very exciting trip and we cherished every moment of it. stay was very nice and pleasant. The room was cozy.

The location of the property and the facilities provided by the property are great. You get the in house activities and shikara ride without any additional charges. Food quality, variety and service is great.
