Kumarakom Park Resort

The location of the resort is near the bus stop (walkable) where you can board buses to Cherthala, that's a advantage. I have booked a premium room which is really spacious, near and clean and I didn't find any single issue in neatness and facilities perspective. Absolutely perfect!. The best thing about this resort is food. Amazing. I have even stayed in big hotels in Alappuzha and Kochi, Trust me, Food was way better in Kumarakom Park Resort. Hotel also arranged for Shikari boat ride along with a auto pickup and drop at hotel and the ride was really awesome!. Overall for me the three days trip of Kochi, Alappuzha and Kumarakom, this resort made Kumarakom the best experience. Thank you. May be expensive but definitely worth it.

Excellent stay. The property is new and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would surely recommend others to try it out. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast spread, so a little improvement there would help. Everything else was great.

Hotel is nice, neat and clean .It is located on the main road only. Food is also fantastic. Complimentary water provided is 2 bottles of 500 ml each, which is very less.

it's a beautiful resort, there is so very tasty food along with the you of the swimming pool, rooms are quite big and clean, receptionist are very helpful and the location of the resort is very near to the boating location of the komarakom, definitely going to visit the second time

The hotel is located at a prime place in Kumarakom. Check in was smooth. The Breakfast buffet is very good and has got good varieties.

Kumarakom Park Resort charged premium prices but the amenities don’t always match up to expectations of a “resort-standard” stay

location is good ,food we loved Alleppey curry from the menu ,service was very quick . we loved the whole stay

The location is just besides the main road, room and toilet were clean. Food at the restaurant was good. They were charging extra for a packaged drinking water which shouldn't be done. Overall it was a good stay.

Major issue of the hotel was cleanliness. There were left over food and plates kept in front of our room when we checked in, it was as it is when checked out. They did not clean it in whole one day even after complaining about it. The bathroom had drainage and water logging issues, because of that it had bad smell. The food was avarage and not tasty. No salt in most of the dishes.

This was our second stay here. The location is convenient, and the parking space is good. The food is just average and feels a bit overpriced for the quality. During our first visit, the overall experience was good. However, this time it was comparatively average. Our TV wasn’t working, and it took more than an hour to get it repaired. It would be better if all room facilities could be checked beforehand to ensure everything is in working condition before check-in.

Worst service from Receptionist lady..please train her on soft skills on handling guests
