Comfortable stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay here. The location is convenient, and the parking space is good. The food is just average and feels a bit overpriced for the quality. During our first visit, the overall experience was good. However, this time it was comparatively average. Our TV wasn’t working, and it took more than an hour to get it repaired. It would be better if all room facilities could be checked beforehand to ensure everything is in working condition before check-in.

Worst service from Receptionist lady..please train her on soft skills on handling guests

We loved the stay here.The room and restroom was clean and comfortable. The complimentary break fast was good and had options.And this resort is easy to locate as it is in the main road itself.They even allowes us for early check in and late check out.Nad the staffs were polite.Over all we had a great stay in kumarakom park resort.T Already review posted

We had a great experience at Kumarakom Park Resort. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with ample parking space and a smooth, hassle-free check-in process. The building is well-maintained, and the rooms, beds, and towels were spotless and fresh. We ordered dinner from the in-house restaurant, and it didn’t disappoint — tasty food at a very reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast had a limited menu, but everything served was warm, delicious, and satisfying. What truly stood out was the courteous and attentive staff who made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a clean, comfortable place to stay in Kumarakom.

The stay was amazing. We went with the kids. They had a lot of fun in the pool. The rooms were well maintained. The staff had the highest standards of service. We loved the stay. Food was also good. I'll definitely recommend it.

We had a family gathering . 16 people in total decided to stay in Kumarakom Park Resort. We had a fantastic stay in this hotel.The highlight for me was the beautiful pool — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Even though the time we reached back to hotel was late, we requested the staff that we can use the pool and without any hesitation they said Ok. We really enjoyed the pool. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was enjoyable. We went to malarikal early morning to see the ambal poovu( water lily ).we came back late to hotel. The staff was kind enough to extend the breakfast time. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great amenities. Kochumani

There was power failure in many times in asleep

My stay at Kumarakom Park Resort in Kerala was truly unforgettable. Nestled amidst the tranquil backwaters and lush greenery, the resort offered the perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a peaceful view of the surrounding nature. Mornings began with calming yoga sessions, and afternoons were spent lounging by the infinity pool or cruising through the serene backwaters. The food was delicious, with a variety of local and international dishes that kept each meal exciting. What stood out most was the warm hospitality of the staff—they made sure every detail was taken care of. It was the ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and nature. I left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of returning.

Beautiful location and clean rooms I really enjoyed

Good location. Easy to locate and close to the boating area. We had availed the breakfast option and it was pretty good. The people there were kind too. The pool area was neat and well maintained.

The facility can be referred to as a hotel rather than a resort. The location of the hotel was not good. The hotel is situated far away from the Lake and hence no scenic views. Outdoor area is very limited and direct entrance from the road to the hotel. Food was ok. Rooms were excellent and neat with all facilities. Pool and other facilities were ok.

Room was nice, food was excellent we like it so much. One issue was there with the bathroom tap, and the staffs fixed it within no time.
