Unprofessional staff behavior

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were courteous and kind enough to take our request of cleaning the room in specific way as we had our infant with us. Though the room had some mold and wet wall we didn't bother that as it was monsoon time of teg year. However the hotel management should work on that for other customers with babies.

I was travelling from Thekkady to Trivandrum by my Harley X440 bike and the hotel had good parking space. Even though I came in soaking wet and made some areas in reception watery, the signin process went smooth, room was well kept, with all the needed accessories. Hotel could include hair dryer when we get wet outside during the rains. Food was good and had all the items as per regular Kerala style cuisine. Food could be charged to room, breakfast was available from 8am or so being on Aug15, and all items were tasty. Highly recommend.

Location, Food - good. The bed quality was not very good, as well as the fan, which was making noise while working. Staffs can be more pleasant and comforting. The staff can be more welcoming and hospitable.

No vehicle parking available at the property. They simply said to park the car at main road side. First time in my life such a bad experience. Very irresponsible staff who don't even care when i raised my concern.

After my checkout, they said one glass was broken, but I said I knew nothing about it. The housekeeper showed me it was just a small scratch, but they asked me to pay 120 rupees for the glass. I did nothing; it never fell down on my end. it was bad experience for me

property location is good. food is good, like home food. food service part required to be improve by sequence for food serving. Rooms required stain free on wall and ceiling. overall good experience.

Very good room with low cost rent. Breakfast is average quality. No hot water in bathroom. Dental kit will get only after request from customer

Hotel and room is neat and clean. But the room size is too small, that one person cannot move easily. Food is ok only not that great

Good hotel with ample car-parking, good rooms with enough space, good bar and the restaurant serves the best dinner and i was surprised to get dal khichdi there which was equivalent to the north taste

Too good. Very hygienic. Clean toilets and rooms. Just like new. Breakfast has limited options but really tasty.

Room seems fine, and services are ok. However, their breakfast was a complete failure. After trying, we cut back on our food intake and went to other restaurants for breakfast. I had to pay an extra 350 for the additional person, and the food they served was awful.

Had an excellent time with the hotel. Front office manager and staffs are very friendly and we got good quality food from the restaurant.
