Good Service Rooms are Ok ok hotel with Bar location not in City neat and clean rooms staffs are very corporative

Hotel AC was not working, there is no buffet available for Breakfast, Gym was non operational and pool was very dirty, along with there is no provision of hot water

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The hotel was really so comfortable and the stay was so pleasant! The hospitality was top notch, a little more maintenance can definitely do good

I found the hotel online. Good atmosphere. Comfortable and Better food and overall excellent . Secure

6 years before it was great stay so i booked again, but this time the service was not so great and there was issue with wifi and inside bathroom there was drainage smell. Didn’t like the stay this time

Property location is good, food is also good but the amenities and service are not that great, felt like it is not maintained properly.

The Hotel was excellent. The food was very good but the service is very slow. For breakfast they made 40 meters for dosa and Puri. And the varieties for breakfast is very less. Only 3 options. Dishes we have to select in that. It's called 3 star Hotel

Destination was very good, but Hotel location and amenities are very poor. It is not a family friendly property Swimming pool was a tragedy

I stayed for one day with family. The experience was horrible and worst, can say this because I am a regular traveler. The hotel has a bar and local element will roam in entire Hotel disturbing you I found group of lizards in my room. I was with my 6 month baby. changing of room was so much time coming, the toilet/bathroom belonging were broken, the towel was dirty. Many more to say but just avoid this Hotel.

It was good experience, nice Hotel to stay, will recommend to other. Good choices of food and liquor.

Worst stay ever, very disappointed.

You wouldn't believe it's an excellent hotel.
Had a good stay. Had to cut short due to an emergency. Will come again soon.
