One of the best stay we had and the team is great. Mr Abhilash was very helpful and made us feel like home . Property is beautiful and colonial style. Facilities are great. Chef was very good to take care of our palate. Service team is very humble too. We will plan again to stay here and explote Kochi in details. Keep it up team

Small room. no air circulation. The view in front , you see a plastic tarpaulin. maintenance work not competed of the verandha wall.

Pleasant stay at the charming 100‑year‑old Old Courthouse by Abad in Fort Kochi. Enjoyed the decent breakfast, small recreation area, and relaxing rooftop pool. The heritage vibe is delightful. Only minor downside was a faint musty smell in the room, likely due to humid, rainy weather.

Cold dark, damp rooms. Stained and dirty bathroom floor. Restaurant has a very small menu. The view outside of the window is literally a wall or someone’s roof. Checked out within one hour of checking in.

Comfortable stay! we stayed for one night. Room is spacious and so is the bath area. The entire property gives vintage vibes. Breakfast spread was limited but all items were delicious. If you want to experience vintage feels, go for it.
