One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Interior decoration of the hotel is unique. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the sight seeing places are nearby. Location is the best part. It's very close to all the tourist attractions in Fort Kochi. Everything was at a walking distance or a short ride away. The building was undergoing some maintainance, so hopefully the room quality will improve after that. The washroom could use some upgrades.

ventilation issue in the room . don't get swayed by photos. Would recommend to take front balcony rooms.

I booked a deluxe room.. and the room was very small. the complimentary food served had no dishes at all. Idly, idly upma n Dosa were the standard food dat was served everyday during my stay for 3 days. Absolutely disappointing stay. Worst part of it was the coconut chutney served during the breakfast was spoiled..

I loved my stay at hotel Arches in Kochi Though we were there for less than a day, the hotel staff were cordial and helped us plan our stay in Kochi so well. We really liked the hotel a lot.

Property is located right near princess street. Accessible by walk from all major spots. Rooms are clean and service is very good. All in all a good deal at the given price point.

Stayed over for a short weekend trip / excellent service by the team there I fell sick and was bedridden for a day, but the staff went out of their way to ensure that I got what I needed. Excellent team, and great service. And a wonderful location too!

Very calm and relaxing hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating — they never hesitated, even when we requested coffee every few hours! It’s located very close to Fort Kochi Beach, and you can easily explore the nearby streets on foot. Everything is conveniently close by

I was at Hotel Arches, Fort Kochi, during. a short visit to Kochi, end of May 2025. we were four adults: me, my wife, daughter and her friend. we booked 2 standard rooms through Make My Trip. The booking, room selection and payment: everything went smoothly. I opted for a booking without advance as I felt that the heavy rains in Kerala can upset the plan. Heavy rain was predicted for the whole week too. I confirmed my booking on the eve of my stay and it was smooth. I rang up the hotel the day I was supposed to check in. Thean at the other end was polite and helpful . He said he has taken care of the special requests as to the floor and the adjacent rooms. The Hotel was easy to locate. We were received and taken to the room. The rooms were on the second floor. The standard room is not that big, but big enough. The rooms are neat, clean and well-maintained. Service was good. There's a restaurant below and that too is simple and near. We had dinner there and the quality was alright. It was worth the money. The washrooms were clean with a hot water supply. Complimentary Breakfast was simple with two indian items and the regular continental item: Bread with usual combinations. But it was fine. The Rooftop area where the breakfast was served was open to elements and simple. It had a quality middle class air to it. Check out was as smooth as the check in. All in all, the one day stay at Hotel Arches was definitely good and worth the money in terms of rooms, stay, hygiene, food, service and access.

Great location , Very Responsible Reception staff . Clean rooms . They have a small rooftop breakfast area and a good restaurant for in-house dining called Rasoi . Architecture is nice with a good Kerala and Dutch vibe
