rooms were superb. Ambience of the hotel, their food class. all staff were very courteous and pleasant, especially Mr Ajay. it was a mind blowing experience. thank u for everything and keeping up

The property location is scenic, the food options are limited of North Cuisine however can be requested with chef. Amenites good the table tennis and carrom room needs a revamp as evenings bring in mosquitoes. The housekeeping services are prompt. The interactions with staff has been courteous

Came for my honeymoon. Overall amazing service by all the staff members. Senthil and Vishnu gave excellent service as well. Food was great. Architecture and atmosphere were top notch Loved it. Truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend everyone in India or even the world to come to this resort at least once in their lifetime

Very nice resort, awwsome staff The property is near the backwater lake. The way the staff is working to keep the property clean and away from insects and all is just tremendous. It takes a lot of effort, really appreciated. Regarding dining options, some minor issues we had like may be a well explained menu for major meal. It has well discussed with the hotel staff and definitely they will take care of it. We also did some indoor activites like playing games and all. It was monsoon with rains ,the property looked beautiful and again would mention it is really awwsome and takes a huge effort to maintain cleanliness in that weather.. wheather its the pathways or the pool or the lakes.

I’m a big fan of Taj but, unfortunately this hotel Kumarakom was absolutely below Taj standards in all aspects. Property was run down and in bad shape untidy, very unlikely of Taj hotels. Food was average and even entire outlook was dull and gloomy. All amenities were completely in shambles and either run down or poorly maintained.

totally blown away by the property. not a large property , but a quaint , serene , heritage property nestled In natural.tropical set up. the rooms very spacious. well appointed. the hospitality was exceptiona. GM Mayanak Mittal and staff extend all thier support to us when we had a bit if a medical emergency during our stay. we literally were made to feel at home. I would rate this 10 on 10 on all aspects of hospitality, well appointed.

A Beautiful & Luxurious Property tucked away in history & nature. Well appointed & spacious villas facing a vast Lotus pond....We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here travelling around the property. The Vembanad River view in the evening or the massive lagoon & many birds, sunsets, all were just photo finishes! A special mention to the staff who were more than happy to help us make our stay memorable.

Our stay at Taj Kumarakom was a truly memorable experience. My family and I felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. The property is beautiful, serene, and maintained with great care. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. A special mention to Vishnu, who went out of his way to keep an eye on my daughter while she enjoyed her time in the pool. His kindness and attentiveness meant a lot to us as parents. Speaking of the pool — it was wonderfully maintained, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful, inviting setting. It became one of our favorite spots during our stay. The only small drawback was that the tea and snacks service in the evening was delayed. The brochure mentioned it would be ready at 4:30 pm, but it took a while longer to be served. While it wasn’t a major issue, a bit more promptness would have made the experience seamless. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d happily return. The warmth of the staff and the charm of the property made it a special family getaway.

Great vintage heritage property with country sides village appearance along with excellent mesmerising views of periyar back water and great vicinity to stay in totally a typical and beautiful star resort with decent facilities and swimming pool is classy
