Review Of Lakesong Resort

The location was nice with a wonderful view of the vembanad , The resort was neat and the amenities provided were up to the mark . The garden , the restaurant, the canals everything was maintained well. Food was delicious, though Little expensive. The staffs were supportive, but the staffs in the reception could improve their hospitality by attending to the visitors with more smile , hospitality and respect.. They should be attending the visitors and inviting them till the seat if there is any waiting for the checkin. They should be attending to the customers when they have to checkout by providing them a chair and wishing them. my experience was like I went to the reception, and I had to wait there till then they were not even looking at me and after that as well, no chairs provided , no wishes and I again had to wait till they come back with a response. overall 3.5/5 as the premium rooms will only be having a distant view of the river. the other rooms will not be having the view (ashtamudi, punnamada) punnamada will be on the first floor and hence it should be better as there would be a view of the garden..and a slight view of the river as well. but most of the rooms are towards the other end and hence the view could be limited.. there were less indoor sports, with carrom and chess only . but they do have activities like fishing , canoeing , bicycle ride and complimentary boat ride.

My worst stay so far was at lake song resort. They are pathetic in their services as well as the property looks deserted and haunted.Above all restaurant food is worst. They served rotten soup and stale fruits and juices. Chapatis had colour sprinkled on it when served. There’s no travel desk rather I had to seek help from the previous resort where I stayed before I came to Lakesong. Booking at this resort is a total waste of money given the room quality is totally rotten.

The resort is good but room are normal. Canoeing is provided free of cost in resort only. Limited option for vegetarian in food

They did their best to host us with every step trying to be pleasing and supportive but it did not work . • Rusted play area for kids • 24/7 hot water but it was not available for 5 mins even after complaining • south dishes of complimentary was basic • the space looks big but nothing much to do and relax or attractive and calming . The people tried to be friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious loved these about the property

Had a wonderful stay at Lakesong Resort, Kumarakom. The property is beautiful with serene lake views and lush greenery all around. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, offering a great mix of Kerala cuisine and continental options. Staff were very courteous and helpful, making the experience even better. Perfect location for a peaceful getaway.

Everything nice, but can be improved, overall we didn’t find it a happy places, the vibes are not pleasent, but if you are seeking relax and solidarity it’s a perfect place.

It was a very poorly organised and maintained stay. So many mosquitoes in the lobby and the washroom. I stayed in room 332, so many glitches, no floor mat, empty minibar, dusty flooring, poorly made bed, poorly maintained furniture. Definitely the worst in kumarakom.

Location is good that is next to Vembanad lake but around the property lot of muck lying… Gym is just for name sake, in a very poor state. Restaurant food is good, service is not satisfactory. And most terrible part is , hotel personnel can enter your room with master key without your permission. Be it you have asked it or not. Rooms are well maintained but villas are on first floor also. Country canoeing is good here. We booked thinking that villas are generally on ground floor but they give it on first floor. Once we asked for s change hotel didn’t consider only. Overall property Infrastructure is good but services and amend are in a very poor state. Not worth 3 * even. I do not recommend spending good amount on stay here.

The location of the property and the facilities provided by the property are great. You get the in house activities and shikara ride without any additional charges. Food quality, variety and service is great.

Room was fine. Staffs was good. Food was ok. Ambiemce of resort was awsome. But toilets was horrible. I change room because of toilet but in that room also flush was not workingg.

ambience and stay was good.... foos was also good... staff responce and behaviour was appreciative...... butttt... butt... butt... the toilets was worst.... i chance two rooms beacuse of bad toilets.... flush was not working.... tap was not working...... light was not working....... 🥹🥹...... apart from toilet side every tbing was good....

I am not satisfied with the service provided.First of all room was not well maintained.Some toiletries was used one ,like toothpaste, packet without soap etc.Hospitality from receptionist was arrogant I mean one of the receptionist lady.Phone is not working well in room. In bathroom most of the things got rust and in broken manner.I didn't expect a resort like this by paying per day

we went for my father's 80th birthday celebration. we really did enjoyed our stay. nice welcoming from hotel staff with wishes and a juice. they gave us a free backwaters ride, really enjoyed by my family. next thing we did is having a good time in pool. enjoyed very much there. thereafter a nice dinner. (paid) my family liked the dinner as we went for buffet. for six person with a kid it came around 5900 or little less rooms are excellent (ashtamudy). clean and neat property is superb. you can cycle around or walk or run😃 overall experience is really good

Toilet flush wasn’t working, ac went off at night. Nobody responded at night. Fan has only two speeds. Very high or dead slow

Property is good with nicely maintained swimming pool. Customer service orientation of staff need attention. Seems shortage of staff to attend guest needs and safety during boat ride.
