The stay was really nice and more than expected. If you’re really planning to take a break from all the stress and things, then this is the place. The ambience, environment, food and staffs was really good and appreciated. Try to book for atleast two days to explore, so you will get enough room and relax time after all the activities and stuffs. The only thing which need a little attention is their food price, which looks bit expensive. Else everything is perfect! All the staffs are really professional and nice, especially Albert, who is very polite and professional. The guide for our trekking and for the visit to processing unit done their role well.

The best stay of my life in nature! Full credit to the service team Albert, Anoop, Biju. They were simply superb, Great memories and we have already discussing when can we visit again just to experience this team’s hospitality...The best part is food. It was outstanding and yumm. You can customise your dishes as it is cooked based on your choice and instructions. This resort is in the middle of 150 acre cardamom plantation. It’s a heavenly for the nature lovers. WE WILL VISIT AGAIN! The main attraction is the water fall steam that passes through the resort:) Go and experience it yourself...LOVE IT

The property gave a really positive calm and relaxing vibe. Staffs and service are also good. Albert was especially extremely helpful. The room was a little confused. Felt like it can reduce the area used for keeping the rocks inside the room. The Cardamom field was a really good experience. But 4 km of walking was hectic. It will be good to keep a buggy for that. Rest all we enjoyed. In addition, food is expensive and not that great.

It was a great experience end to end! right from the ambience, to the vintage feel and every mealat the resort! it was a delightful experience. The resort staff were amazing too! courteous and great service attitude! the food was customized to our preference and the local breakfast was an absolute treat! we were a big family with 3 generations travel-ling together and every single one of us left with lasting memories!

Very peaceful environment! it is located on the way between munnar and thekkady. Staff is courteous. Aesthetically designed to please your mind and soul. Food is good too. A few activities for you to indulge in. Although the waterfall begins only in the monsoon season but that does not change the serene beauty of this place.

it was a pleasant stay , I personally felt short of activities, due to rain we also lost camp fire and trekking

Mystic mayapott is a unique stay with limited number of rooms, in the middle of 100+ acres of plantation. The sound of the tiny continuous stream is soothing to the ears. Service is excellent here. Food is also good.

Property is very good, quiet, close to nature. Location of property is outside city and very quite. Welcoming & courteous staff. Food is extremely good, especially kerala cuisine. Perfect place to unwind. Overall a very good experience.
