Worst service by kitchen service .service takes more than 1 hour for tea

Very poor accomodation. Unhygenic. Bedsheets not even changed. Tv not working, too much expensive food

The recent stay presented several areas for improvement. While the staff provided commendable service and were responsive to requests, the sunrise hill view, as booked, was obstructed by trees. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the mattress was unsatisfactory. The dining experience was also a concern, with the quality of the food not aligning with the price point. To enhance the guest experience, it is recommended to ensure unobstructed views, offer a menu commensurate with the pricing, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all bedding.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Firstly, the access road is a major issue—there's no proper road leading to the property, and guests must travel around 600 meters off-road, which is highly inconvenient. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no proper food menu available, and the breakfast had extremely limited options. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We find the location with the help of GM and we got confused with location and try to call with the resort and no one respond and the food was very bad and expensive service also very poor we booked for 3 days but we checkout the next day

Good room but wash room is average. morning break fast buffet is minimum items.swimming pool not maintained. Restaurant food is not good.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some concerns. I did not receive a proper response regarding an issue with my room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the quality of the complimentary breakfast did not meet expectations.

Stay was ok. Location route may be given. Google gives the off-road route, which can be explained. Food was good. Cleanliness and room service can be improved.

Their service was very very poor. Especially room service, i had to call multiple times to order the food and even then i got the wrong items, and they again went for swapping the items, but didn’t come back! The service is very horrible to be honest! Staff personnel has an attitude like they don’t care what goes on!

I booked this resort expecting a 4-star experience based on the photos and description. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. Room & Cleanliness: The room was not properly maintained – I found cockroaches and even a spider. The balcony door lock was damaged, and the main door lock was faulty. The bathroom was stinky, unclean, and had a barely functioning lock. Sofas were dirty and damaged, and to make things worse, the AC was leaking water, soaking my bags placed on the floor. Food & Restaurant: The only "4-star" thing about this property is the price of the food. With no nearby restaurants, we had no choice but to dine at their in-house restaurant. To add to the disappointment, after finishing my meal, I had to wait 20 minutes just to get water at the handwash area because the supply had run out. Amenities & Facilities: The parking area was extremely cramped, making it difficult to accommodate vehicles. While they advertise free WiFi, it was mostly in a "Connected, No Internet" state, rendering it useless. Overall, this property is nowhere close to a 4-star rating. At best, it qualifies as a 2-star stay. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Location was good with a good view. Food was good though the menu was very limited. Service was good, the staff were helpful.

It was good experience here. Resort is really clean and swimming pool is also clean. Bt they can improve their breakfast quality.

We had a nice and pleasant stay at hotel. They had got a nice restaurant. The services and amenities were good. The staff services were excellent. They need to slightly improve the cleanliness of rooms and pool which will make them to next level. Better to avoid using Google Maps which will take you to off road routes.

No dental kit available. They gave me only after asking. Tv recharge done after complaining

It’s awesome. Very good rooms surrounded by tea/coffee estate. Only concern is you need to drive off-road for 1 km.
