I was not happy with my recent stay at this property. The main issue is that the facilities provided do not match the amount we are paying. The price is too high for the limited services offered. I believe guests deserve better quality and comfort for the amount they are paying. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Even the breakfast options were very limited and not worth the price. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of services and facilities to better match the cost. Thank you.

had a pleasant stay at Tea Terrain Resorts. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and offered great value for the price we paid. We especially enjoyed the chicken fried rice โ it was delicious! The rest of the food was pretty decent too. The pool was clean and refreshingly cold, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and well-maintained. The resort has good parking facilities, and the access road to the property was smooth and much better compared to many other resorts in the area. With the lovely climate and relaxing atmosphere, it was a wonderful experience overall. Iโll definitely recommend Tea Terrain Resorts to friends and family!

familyTravel-led with family, the room was not clean as expected the floor was sticky not able to walk without slippers, in photos it look rich but not in real. Didn't fulfill the expectation did early checkout with out having breakfast. Not value for money.

familyLocation is somewhat easily accessible, even though the final few km its narrow road. The ambience is great. We booked the estate pool villa, which was well maintained. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were buffet mode, the food was delicious. There is a recreation area and a watch tower, which gives a nice view of the beautiful surroundings. Overall a relaxed stay in the midst of calm nature
