THRISANGU HAVEN HILL RESORT

Rooms were not well maintained and it was over price. there was no towel and toiletries. Service is very bad. Ambience is good.

The stay was not super comfortable. The place was not so clean. There were no bathroom essentials like soap, tooth brushes etc. The atmosphere was very noisey.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This a good place to be with 👪. Nice food and great hospitality. Lots of entertainment for children and a well maintained swimming🏊.

Location and climate was awesome, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is ok but not up to the mark. Nice stay for the family.

The resort is not managed professionaly. The room allotted was very bad and i have to upgrade to the cottage category by paying additional amount and the resort was not able to give me a gst bill for which i am eligible and told me to approach the mm t for any update and was very rude in their approach and many of my friends who booked directly had a very bad experience from the staff and not properly responding to the complaint of other guests who were staying in resort by playing music around 2 am-in the morning which is quite disturbing for senior citizens.

It's one of the old properties in this locality. Enjoyed the pool well. Rooms were basic. Food was tasty. Some machinery sound disturbed the sleep. The staff were helpful.

When you book a resort, you expect a pleasant, comfortable and memorable stay. This place would not qualify to be a resort. Not well maintained. Cannot expect good food. The room is very average. A great location which is not being put to good use.

My overall experience was very nice, instead of that they might should improve their rooms appearance. The rooms are very old and not very impressive. The swimming pool was very clean. Provided food also very good

Rooms are very old with archaic furniture. Privacy is less as rooms are very close to each other. Restaurant is below par.

Hotel needs maintenance at the earliest. Charging so much with this poor facility is really bad make my trip should re-evaluate before making bookings to this resort

Rooms are overpriced, no balcony, staffs are nice, food is good nice ambience, good for family, rooms are not neat

Not worth the money, the room is not up to the mark. Was not friendly for the family. Bachelor's party, music was disturbing throughout the night. Room cleanliness was below average.

The resort and surroundings were enchanting.
