Wonderful 4 star experience with neat and tidy room and all amentinies including ayurvedic spa, food is a bit expensive location is near kumarakom bird sanctuary can reach here by road kottayam and thiruvalla. If from alappuzha there is boat service from muhamma boat jetty to kumarakom boat jetty from there only 5 km to property . Staff and Service is appreciated

The details in the make my trip about the rooms are incorrect. All the rooms in the property is of same size and only the view differs. Due to the incorrect details I have ended up booking the room which costed me high. The property don’t have anything as it was captured. Complimentary boat Ride was closed, Bird watching is closed as the sanctuary was under renovation, no spa as under renovation, no kids activities and the table c tennis is in the gym area and highly dangerous as kids will hit against the pillars when they move. Due to the above we ended up going out of the property and spent time and money. Make my trip need to refund due to their incorrect information

This property was the highlight of my Kerala trip! Such peaceful, spacious and private experience with a very cooperative staff, running everything seamlessly. The common areas are also very clean and spacious. I loved the huge pool right the at edge of backwaters, perfect for watching sunset and taking a dip!

amazing experience ,didn’t expect from a government venture.view,cleanliness and staff were outstanding,negative and funny part ,bar was closed because of dry day(first day of month celebrated as non alcoholic day in Kerala 🥳)

stay was excellent. the location was very scenic, well maintained, clean with good amenities and friendly staff. we enjoyed the delicious food. the location was very releaxing and beautiful. we look forward for our next visit.

we had a very pleasant stay. the location of the resort is great and it's the best place to visit during monsoon. the villas are well maintained and the resort has very neat and clean environment. however food can be improved 🙂
