Amazing Stay with Palmy Lake View Villa and Excellent Hospitality! I stayed at this resort for a day and opted for their package, which included kayaking, breakfast, and evening tea with snacks — and honestly, everything exceeded my expectations. The property itself is stunning, offering a serene lake view with charming houseboats floating in the distance — a truly peaceful and picturesque setting to relax in. Special thanks to Akash, the caretaker, who looked after us so well. His hospitality, attentiveness, and way of speaking made the experience even better. He ensured we were comfortable at every step and handled everything with genuine warmth. The kayaking experience was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy the calm waters up close. Breakfast and tea-time snacks were fresh, delicious, and satisfying, adding to the overall homely feel. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway with amazing service. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or as a couple, this place will leave you refreshed and smiling. Will definitely visit again!

Your car will take only to the opposite bank of your property from where they will take you in their own canoe. The rooms are decent; not very large; comfortable for 2 ; a bit congested if you put extra bed; washrooms are clean; its an old property well maintained. Staff are extremely polite and helpful; breakfast they will serve fresh as per our need; other meals you can order from outside/swiggy/zomato etc; their staff will collect it from the opposite bank of the lake; additional services like kayaking, shikara etc are available on extra payment. All together a decent stay at affordable rate; safe for family ; altogether 4 rooms; For AC, you ll have to pay extra; they provide basic bath towels and a soap; one bottle of mineral water also

Palmy lake resort is a traditional kerala structured resort with great view infront of lake. Overall hospitality is excellent shanthanu and akash were very helpful guyz who helping you out there. Cleanliness is good. Especially room is very neat. But outside sitout sealing is very old which adding lizard to the premises. Overall location is great Mark Location 4.5 Hospitality 5 Infrastructure 4 Food 4.0

Stay was really good .. very simple stay .. do not expect premium experience.. but a very cozy place with a very beautiful view of the backwaters.. ! Akash was very helpful and was available for pick up across the waters whenever we needed it . Worth the price 👍🏽

The location was absolutely beautiful, food is ok ,facilities and staff behaviour is very good Timely responded. Only one thing that I booked this property with the picture unfortunately AC not operated with this amount and I paid additional amount for AC

Place is good and hospitality is also good. Only thing is this Palmy Lake Resort is across the river and hence you will be locked but for food delivery, Palmy Lake Resort staff will help.
