The resort is scenic and room is nice but the caretaker Shibin was not there and only some employees were present. Among them one person was very nice and courteous. He was the one who picked us up with a boat and led us across the lake to the resort others were not very cooperative. The view is worth the money but they have a separate switch control for geyser and ac and you will have to separately inform them to switch it on and even pay separately for the ac

Had a good stay here. Caretaker, room boy and overall the service is satisfactory. We had to cross the Punnamada lake in a boat(Thoni) to reach this room. AC service can not be booked via online, but can be done by checking the guy at the stay, per room 300. Complimentary breakfast was also tasty. One advise to the property holder: Along with no smoking policy inside room, please make same in compound so that family can enjoy the stay

Such a beautiful property with a charming heritage vibe! Reaching it by a small boat across the backwaters was such a cool experience. Morning tea with that serene backwater view were just perfect. The staff was super polite too. Truly enjoyed my stay!
