Canal Cruise Houseboat

Worst vacation ever had. Worst house boat ever travelled. Ac was not working. Drenching in sweat from the moment we entered boat till reached back. No facilities in the room provided. No towels, no water, worst bathroom, no soap or bathing materials. Food was provided in an open area full of flies and insects. Thank you

We were charged very high for this booking. While booking there was no information provided that the ac will work from 9pm to 6 am it was very hot and no ac was provided. Did not like the food at all we were 10 minutes late for dinner when we reached dinner table food was finished and staffs behaviour was very rude when asked for vegetables as it was finished. No bedsheets were provided for extra bed. Water was very salty in washroom.

It was decent experience….must take 24/7 AC room because it’s very hot in afternoon and should make sure your food is arranged

It was overall a very good experience. I went there with 9 on my friends and we had a blast, the view from the boat and the overall experience was amazing.

No ac in day time and it was not mentioned in the rules or policy, staffs were not interactive. Boat is clean and well maintained. Food was tasty except tea. We booked a van to go there but no proper road to reach the house boat address. No basic facilities (rest room ) provided to the van driver. Over all it was good stay.

They are not on the air conditioner, limited travel in water, break fast is not good tv also not working

I had an issue with ac, day time there was no ac in the rooms and dining area and the boat team asked 4500 for ac in day time, which is more than 50% of the booking amount. This was not mentioned anywhere and i have complained about makemytrip but didnt receive any call, i have booked for canal cruise but the boat team has given room at the e co boat dinner food was very good but lunch food there is no taste, breakfast there is no option only idle was there. Service and kitchen team attitude was very good and very polite except this overall experience was good. But the ac part is very very important, makemytrip should show this in from page of booking not like hidden how it showing now

We had booked 2 rooms for 6 adults and 1 children. Canal cruise (echo boat) provided us independent boat with bedrooms. Cruise was neat and clean and quite spacious including rooms enough broad to accommodate 2 extra beds and luggage. Our crew member captain mr. Anishanand and chef cum captain mr. Kutappa(patros) did their best to make us comfortable on the boat. Food on the boat was delicious and hygienic. Thank you canal cruise.

I have booked canal cruise but they allotted omkaranam-2 boathouse was clean and the crew are good

Food is not for worth for non veg lover. Room ambience is good. Food not up to the mark.

Today's breakfast was good yesterday's lunch in omkara was nice the room i got in canal cruise i did not like as it was too stuffy with no window or ventilation as the ac was put on only at 9pm and closed at 6am evening snack was not eatable at all it was not fried properly and oily. I saw mostly everyone throwing it away in backwaters so that fish may feed there was no hot water for morning bath.
