It was good...the hosts were friendly... enjoyed the stay.

The photos were misleading, and the reality was far from expectations. The pillows, blankets, and bed sheets were not clean. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working, lights were blinking.. When I requested the manager to change my pillow, he seemed unconcerned. The service was subpar, and our time and money were wasted. Extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

Nice house boat, they started ac late, food was good, comfortable stay, staff are cooperative and humble. Thanks

Not a very good experience as far as washroom and room cleanliness is concerned. Food n service was very good...

Night stay is not comfortable. They did-not provide proper ac. Food average only.

The house boat was neat and clean, the room was spacious and got big window to enjoy the beauty of the lake. The food was so yummy, i would recommend them to add more sea foods. Would definitely recommend to all.

The pics were very beautiful but in actual it was dirty and about 5 year old than the pic. Food was ok but very less options. Extra tea was tough to get. They can decorate the boat with some colorful lights to make it beautiful rather than making it dull and the ambience as dull. 3/10

Very good staffs and economic rate..gentle service... food will be provided and good for us. Evening and morning tea or coffee will come to your place.. good. What we seen is the person who come last for eating may not get food or some food will get complete early... Afternoon time Very very hot 🔥 inside boat bed room and you cannot sleep or sit inside until they on AC after 8pm... next time we will find full time AC boat... My kids enjoyed stay but we got roasted without AC till 8pm.. such a hot inside. First experience in boat.. 🤪

The houseboat was decent and value for money. The cruising started on time. Food was like home made. They can include some local kerala specality in the menu to make it more intersting. During snacks time, coffee ran out and they didn't make more. Snacks was not good either. Seating area could have had better seats in the upper deck

It was a great experience. Everything was well managed by the staff, friendly and helpful staff members onboard.

Travel-led with my family. The room was clean and the staff was hospitable. The boat tour and the food were good too.

Check in and start of houseboat was 12 Noon and checkout is 9 A.M. Just before the day of our stay, I got a call followed by message informing that check in and journey time is 1 PM and checkout remain at 9 AM. I have checked in but but journey not started at 1 PM. After enquiry several request to start journey, at 1.45 they informed that they were waiting for another guest who has still not come. It was further informed that journey will now start and that guest will be picked up somewhere on the way and 1 hour will be compensated. Finally it started at about 2 PM. Thus 2 hours lost because it came back at its spot 2-3 minutes before 9 A.M. to checkout. Lunch was served (of course after Reminder) at about 2.35 PM, May be due to delayed starting. Food became cold at the time of serving. Morning tea and breakfast was also delayed. Breakfast was also cold. It seems, Food items are prepared timely but being served delayed to become cold. My overall experience was good, staff members were very good, polite and we'll behaved. One Staff (Cheff) was also providing some information like a guide. Food quality was also excellent and our entire family enjoyed very well. Above information is just for improving service to maintain schedule may it be start of journey or serving hot Food. It is not critic.👍🏼👍🏼

Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly. We even found cockroaches, spinder in the room. Air-conditioning was limited and temperature was preset. It took almost 4-5 hours for cooling. Not so good experience with this houseboat.

Improve services and food quality and room cleaning is good. Outside passage safety required. Rate 6 out of 10

The houseboat was clean and very friendly people. I just felt the food could have been a little better like the variety.

It was a very pleasant stay at pearl spot houseboat. The staff and management are too helpful. I would definitely recommend this houseboat to my dear and near ones.
