Kerala Backwater Houseboat

The staff was very friendly & the food was really awesome. I am really thankful to Rethish & Hira who took care my pet and thirumeni who took care of my shopping.

First of all they gave false information detail page of their boathouse that their AC timing is from 6pm toh 6am. But when we reached there, they told us that the AC will be turned on at 9pm and they turned it on at 9pm on our stay at the boathouse. To solve this issue the bot also gave a number when I asked to speak to and agent l, and after I called the number they sent me an link to chat with the same bot. But I did not get to talk with the agent. Our experience was very bad.

It was a great stay. The food was good. My children enjoyed a lot.

The houseboat was clean and beautiful. parked at a beautiful place with no mud or dirt around. food served was normal and not very fancy. staff were courteous and gentle. nice experience ☺️ 2-3 hours evening ferry in the backwaters and 1 hour in the morning.

My refund request still not solved by you. I will make legal claim against you. My phone is running still you mail me that you can not connect me because of my phone issue. What a ridiculous service

Its different experiance from hotel. But lacks clarity regarding location of boarding

We were not given right boat, it's changed by owner without our consequences diesel fuel smell disturb heavily boat room were below standard service and quality of food was bad we passed hardly our time and experience was very bitter

Didn’t look like what we expected. We didn’t like sharing boat with other families. We thought two bedroom boat but we had a five bedroom boat where other two families joined with us

this booking as worst experience and food quality is also not hygiene. with less facility like poor food quality and variety. Also they have issue in boat engines. I was scared during travel and facility is very poor room is also very dirty

Not as expected room

Not satisfied! parked more than we cruised.
The boat was parked in a very nasty and unclean area, we were parked more than we travelled! the whole point of this ride was to cruise on the backwaters, unfortunately, we were deluded. However, the staff was very friendly and the food was up to the mark. Overall we didn't feel like this was a boat ride, but more like a room booked on the riverside.

Total trip was extremely awesome. The staffs were helpful. The location was very greenery.

Food service was good very welcoming staff

There should be some restrictions in sharing of the boat some are drunk and making noise late night. Consumption of drinks in sharing of boat should be stopped immediately.

Selected houseboat was not given and call response wasn't proper and change 3 locations to reach the houseboat. Rooms was unhygienic, very improper facility of water and rooms was stinky, untidy washrooms.

Our purpose of having an exclusive family vacation was a failure as the company accommodated 6 other families and a group of 30+ College students, despite we booked a 4 room Houseboat on exclusive basis. The food was also like a cheap canteen and definitely a no mention. I suggest people go to the finishing point and book the Houseboat by proper inspection and negotiations.
