Lunch is terrible so we cooked dinner by ourselves. Boat crews are not friendly at all. Totally not worth it.

They provided good service but the price i booked for was not correct i got charged more money as i was told it was for only day trip not overnight stay. The booking info is wrong people when they book don’t realise it’s not normal hotel

Terrible Stay

There is no management. Service is very poor. Food service and quality both are pathetic. Room quality is poor. No proper clean. Including toilet. Caretaker forcing for dinner 7. 45 pm. After 8 pm no servicing dinner. Ac running time is only 9 pm to 6 am only. Room is super hot. Not a holiday feeling. Waist of time

Terrible experience with boat house, no tv and no wifi facilities at property. Bed is not comfortable for couples as i found 2 separate beds attached for couple. Food tastes very bad

Very nice and comfortable houseboat. Clean, spacious and food is very tasty. Staff is very good and cooperative and cook is excellent. I highly recommend that houseboat stay whenever you visit alleppey.

Very nice house boat. It was newly built houseboat, so interior or houseboat was good. Food was good in taste and variety. You have options to buy live sea food and cook. Caretaker will cook for you without any extra charge. Good scenic views to enjoy. Overall good experience.
