its mentioned luxury boat...but it was dirty as hell... dirty toilet, dinning area,handwash,dirty bedsheet n bedroom....yes we were 8hrs late..the driver was waiting for us i must surely appreciate that...for the cost paid the service was very poor ...food was not at all good... worst experience

the boat we booked was not given to us.waited one hour calling the property.They kept on giving us numbers to contact.It was at two o clock we finally got into one they managed to arrange. 'The gold river' (name of the boat)people gave us the amenities they had and served us better even though the amenities didn't match. Felt like a spot booking.No bar.no in room dining,no newspaper,no toiletries except bath towel and soap.what we got could have got for half the price.

Our experience on the boat cannot be described in words…my husband planned a surprise birthday for me and it was an unforgettable moment for me. The staff had arranged it so beautifully and also staff have arranged candle light dinner for us . Very nice experience. In the evening there was a singing program in the boathouse and that singer added to the overall trip was five stars. The boat is neat and clean, the staff is very co-operative and nice and the food is so much of delicious. They all made our day so special. Very nice experience

Especially manager gopu- he speaks (telugu, tamil, malayalam, hindi, english) he provided me the best service and guidance it has a living room. A dining area fully furnished rooms with attached bathrooms a kitchen area and a deck to chill we were served with a welcome drink and the houseboat started on its journey. The backwaters are out of this world. U truly feel u are in god's own world. Beautiful endless views. Bird watchers will love it. We stopped at a floating seafood shop to buy fresh seafood. And the cook cooked it for us. We docked at a scenic spot and enjoyed our lunch. Variety of dishes. Fit for a king. And continued on our journey thereafter with a happy tummy and heavy eyelids. The sunset was awsum. After a hot cup of tea / coffee we were back from where we started. Happy) live music is conducted at nights and coming to the morning you will have the best view of back waters with sunshine and sparkling water which gives you a fresh start of your morning.
