familyRooms were good. Cooking staff very cordial. Breakfast to be improved a lot as you have foreign guest and guest from north and west india. Bread omlette is a must. They are keeping only raw bread just heated on tawa with butter not even toasted and had idlis with average chutney which no north indians took. Rest lunch and dinner was good. Checkin time was 12 pm but boat started 2 pm waiting for one guest. Timing punctuality not maintained as you will be loosing time on backwater cruise. Cruise time allowed on backwater by govt is 8 am to 6pm. After 6 pm boats come to jetty where it started and will be halted till morning 8 am then from 8 am again house boat starts for another round and comes back 9 am at jetty for ch k out. So timing for ch k out is too early should be 12 pm as house boat start cruising 2pm only instead of 12. 30 after checkin. Best is to stay in hotel and have full day cruise from 12 pm to 6 pm.

Boat cruise started off at 2:00pm & has not covered much area. Nothing entertaining while in cruise. By 6:00pm ends. Next day morning it started off at 8:30am & ends at 9:00am. Food was good. Safety hygiene standard was good. Needs lot of improvement in terms of cruise timings & area coverage.
