very bad service. no proper food and hospitality. worst experience. only Idli was served during breakfast and for rest meal no variety and it took lot of time for them to serve. we were all hungry

I found this property via make my trip application, excellent staff service and foods are so hygiene and recommended to others.

When we arrived at the houseboat, we were surprised that only one room was ready even though we'd booked two. Luckily, they found another room later in the evening. 1st room wasn't quite as clean as we'd hoped. There was a bit of a funny smell, and the bathroom wasn't sparkling either. On the bright side, the food was delicious! although, we did notice a few things that could have been cleaner in the dining area too.

The stay in the boat house was good. However, the duration of the ride was small. There is no source of entertainment at the boat. Food is average at best

very bad experience, no such any facility as per bookings. morning tea served, no tea or coffee with breakfast, breakfast only idli is served, no such items as per the booking menu. boat is good, room is good, staff is ok.

Pros- welcome drink provided. Staff behavior were good, but they should be prompt in providing solution to customers issues. Cons - not toiletry provided. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were just like doing formality. Food taste was just ok, service must be improved. Shower was not working. Light was not working, photo attached of not we roof top open view was not available. Morning houseboat ride was started late at 0815am and ended at 0850am, not as promised 1 hour ride. Tv was not working. No cctv camera (not big deal)

The rooms were not very well maintained, it was shabby and smelling bad. On top of it there were army of mosquitoes in the bath room and room.

But i was asked to come to a different location provided location for boarding. I had to travel a lot to reach with extra amount paid to local auto rickshaw. Food : terrible as they have charged 1200 per person for lunch and dinner for below menu which i found very costlier for the variety and the dishes and their quality/taste. Menu: lunch : white rice + sambar rasam + vegetables + starter ( gobi 65) dinner: chappathi + veg curry (paneer ****er masala, egg fried rice+ 2 cup vegetables paid totally 2400 for the above as a couple. Cruise time: they started 40 mins late ( by 12. 40 pm) but reached at 5 pm sharply to the boarding location itself. But they promised 12 - 5pm. Also they did not drive the boat. They just started and kept it floating and moving very slowly but i could see other boats moving faster than ours. I felt they are doing this for fuel savings but this highly affects the cruising quality. I'm highly disappointed

The boat was completely safe. The staff is cooperative and helpful. Food was good. Service was good.
