Service was good but the houseboat was not good, Old, dirty furniture just opposite to pics after complaining, they called me after 31 hours and with no resolution. As per their house boat staff, that was kept this premium house boat

The houseboat was really good experience my family had and was a clean and tidy place to stay. We really enjoyed the cruise in the day and the food was really good and clean. Both my kid and spouse enjoyed the backwaters ride.

I had a very amazing experience with kera houseboat . From the moment we boarded, the staff welcomed us with heart warming smiles . The manager and the staff members were very respectful and friendly . The houseboat was well maintained , clean and hygienic . It offered stunning views as we cruised through the backwaters . We were also provided a boat ride to the kuttamangalam village . The rooms were cozy , clean and comfortable . The meals served were delicious and of amazing quality . The peaceful atmosphere combined with the gentle rhythm of water made this journey truly relaxing . I highly recommend Kera Houseboat to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Kerala backwater experience .

Hospitality was very good..Rooms were neat n clean. Food was nice. Dinner was made as per our choice with the fish we bought from the shore. Timings were followed strictly. In between v could enjoy ride on speed boats n shikara boats arranged by the crew. Staff were very cordial and polite..Extra beddings were provided on our request.

Kera houseboat was a nice experience, food quality was ok, not too much variety but was like home cooked. They take the houseboat in deep backwaters during the evening however in the morning they rush to park the boat and ask to check out early.

I stayed with family in one of their boats on a sharing basis. A total of 4 families were in that boat including us. The boat staff were very polite and helpful. The bedroom was good, although there was no fresh air fan in the bathroom. Common areas are clean in the upper deck and lower deck. One needs to take extra slippers as shows are not allowed inside the boat living areas. The boat sailed for about 4.5 hours on the first day and 1 hour on the second before concluding. The starting and finishing location was the same. The food served by them was very good and fresh. For a family trip, it was a very good experience.

Booked our stay after getting to know about Kera Houseboat through a YouTube vlog and we were not disappointed. It was one of the best travel experiences we had. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend Kera Houseboat for an overnight stay.

It was an awesome experience.Staff behaviour was also very good.Nandan staff was very good in his job and all the staff were very active and serious in their job.Must try their ladyfinger fry vegetable in lunch .

The private boat was awesome we enjoyed a lot.. the food menu needs improvement very limited option no sweet dish in dinner too.. also the staff pushing to take the meals early is not a great thing.. as if you booked a private boat must leisure and relax not to take dinner at 8 p.m and sleep.. Again overall the experience is very good private boat was beyond expectations brand new

The staff were excellent — always attentive and welcoming — and a special thanks to Manager Sabatian, who was extremely kind and generous throughout our visit. The food was another highlight. They serve both North and South Indian styles, and every dish we tried was delicious. The fish preparations were outstanding — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our room was spacious with an amazing view, making the stay even more memorable. Overall, this place combines great hospitality, excellent food, and beautiful rooms. Book early for discounts.

The experience was really amazing. The views are superb. I just have two suggestions. First the ventilation in the upper bedroom was not good as when I switched on the AC(or even the fan) the air blowed direct to my face and I could not sleep well at the night. The second suggestion is, it would have been great if the dinner was bit light (not too oily, not spicy). However, lunch and breakfast were superb. The staffs were really cooperative as well.

The houseboat was excellent and memorable. Then food, amenities and services were excellent. The staffs are very helpful and polite. It was very nice experience for us.

Good service , Captain & Chef were professional & friendly with basic accommodation 2 Brm & food . Sadly No hot water for a shower over my 2 night stay :( we stopped whilst cruising , I was encouraged to buy prawns for Chef to cook, he also booked me an hour private boat trip through the smaller canals & a massage at a local village . Relaxing but did not meet my expectations as recommended by a friend . On the Last night we docked beside a small work site , on the waters edge 4 workmen were welding and angle grinding, even at 1030 pm onwards , that was my view for the evening from the boat , very disappointing.
