Terrible Stay

1. room hygiene is really pathetic. ants were running over our bed 2. food quality was poor. bread was not available when we asked for breakfast. tea, coffee was pathetic. they kept the breakfast quantity for 50% of travellers. rest were eating only left out things. 3. we paid for maximum amount for a better room which was shown in the images. however, that room was allotted to someone else. 4. coordinators were not able to communicate well in english

Food & rooms are average, not much good as expected. Staffs are good. Location was little difficult to find out.

Excellent Stay
coupleit was amazing experience, please be mindful to check in a bit early as boats are not allowed to sail after 6 PM. staff was very supportive and friendly.

The boat house is fabulous. The cleanliness, the hygiene and the services offered by them were very much satisfactory. Its a new property, so everything there is new. The manager and the staffs were very friendly.

They are not provided meghavarsham boat.

The boat was which is issued two bedroom boat but that boat mantainance was not good and boat was stuck-ed at middle of the water, we are missing lot of viewing locations. Similarly at the starting of the boat welcom drink was not given and next day tea is not given with breakfast, the totally experience of the boat is avarage.
