Aroor Residency

Our stay at Aroor Residency was very comfortable. The property was very well maintained. Located adjacent to National highway. Complementary breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is neat and clean and the rooms are spacious. The food served at the hotel is good but very less options for vegetarian if you are going for vacation you should choose some better hotel.The rate is a little bit high. Transportation is very difficult and they are unable to arrange transport.

very bad 👎. No restaurant for dinner . No complementary break fast . blanket was so bad even not change after request . Hotel checked out one day before. Very Very Bad .....

Tidy and neat. Surprisingly nice and good value for money. The food was added bonus and tasted great.

Review was good actually, but the problem be faced was of the language most of the people are not aware of english and hindi and since we were totally new with them we found it little bit difficult to tackle with them but still it was okay since it was our first trip by makemytrip thank you.

Location is good. Staff were polite and helpful. Food at the restaurant was good. A good hotel in all sense.

Good experience overall. But few suggestions though, the size of the double bed is little less. 2 single beds also would have been better. Staffs were very much helpful and very smooth check in and check out formalities.

Very unkempt rooms and even poor service. Hotel very close to the highway so has easy accessibility. But hotel is not maintained well and outdated.

I requested for earlier check in but the manager was not upto the standard to understand the approach no water bottle in room. After several call no response. Pathetic truly. Not recommended.
