Good ambiance and Pleasant Stay. Decent swimming Pool need some small pool for Kid, Morning Breakfast is Complementary. Staffs are great

its more like a self service property. starting from opening the gate for our vehicle to enter, it was more like we had to do ourselves or ask them to get it done. no prompt action

Room was in mess. Mosquitoes was there in the room and tv was not working.

Hotel looks good but its not that clean. No restaurant for lunch and dinner. By mistake, i booked this hotel.

Positive aspects: the hotel offers a delightful welcome drink, the staff, particularly the security guard, are exceptionally supportive, especially given the absence of a nighttime receptionist. The resort boasts stunning views. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. Areas for improvement: the bed is uncomfortable, with poorly designed headrests and sharp corners that can be hazardous. The cleanliness of the plates, glasses, and tea kettles leaves much to be desired. They appear to have not been properly cleaned or used for an extended period, and there were signs of ants' presence. Suggestion: i recommend redesigning the beds to ensure stability and prevent unnecessary movement

Room was good, staff was very cooperative mr. Max-on waz very helpful, he arranged shikara ride, auto for going to beach for us. But there were many lizards outside the room and spiders. No restaurant facility available and you get nothing to eat nearby. When asked for dinner options they told us to order from zomato or swiggy

Had an average experience from the property. Before reaching the property they had informed us that the booking needs to be cancelled. Since some of their staff were affected by covid and they were checking-out the present guests. They agreed to relocate us to a nearby room which was good. But by evening. We saw that the whole of the property was full with guests and also all of the staffs were roaming around with no protection or anything. We were lied to by them in order to accommodate other guests which we felt was not according to the ethics. The breakfast service was very pathetic and was provided very late and all of the guests were not happy about it. The only bright side of the stay was the room they arranged outside the property which was quite nice but simple

Beautiful resort, nice services and friendly staff, tasty breakfast.

Absolute rubbish. When we reached the resort at 3 pm, our room was not ready. The manager is not at all supportive and told there is no other option but to wait to get the rooms ready since last guests checked out just now. There is no housekeeping staff available. You will have to carry your luggage yourself to the room. There are no pool timings. There are people creating ruckus even post midnight in the pool creating all sorts of wild environment and nobody can help it. Not a family resort at all.

The ambience and pool was ok. The complimentary breakfast and food they serve is worthless. They are charging very high but food quantity and quality is not up to the mark.

Excellent place, staff is good food is excellent. Manager max-on is very helpful l and takes care of anything required and very helpful

We were 3 families with kids. Actually what happened is like there were no other guests at the property that night and we ended up spending the whole night at the pool ourselves. The rooms are decent enough, the bathrooms are really good and clean. Have to mention they provided a nice breakfast also. The property is located right inside the aleppey town, with the main beach around 3km away.
