The room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Overall stay as good.

Staffs behaviour, housekeeping services were good. Breakfast was quite balanced. occasionally few drops of water use to come on the floor just, i think from air-conditioning machine... toilet flush needs to be repaired... overall it was pleasant staying there.

Actually we got a room at the 3rd floor. Since the lift was not working at all, they at last agreed to provide us a room at the 2nd floor. There was an odour in the washroom also and it had not been properly dried despite the exhaust fan. The room was big enough and properly furnished though.

Good place, location certainly grabs the brownie points for the property. Staff is warm and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing, DO NOT miss it at any cost. At my time the elevator wasn't working, which was a major turn off as I had to climb up with mu luggage. Everything else, simply awesome.

Food not good and parking is not sufficient

The Neighborhood was an amazing experience. The place has calm and composed surroundings right in middle of the city. The room was clean and staffs were extremely friendly.

The property is situated about 1.5 km from Ernakulam Junction Railway Station. Near to the famous Ernakulam Shiva Temple. Very Beautiful and Calm Place with good exterior deco. The room and Service is good. Good restaurants are also available very nearby. Complimentary Breakfast provided was very average

Location is good, walking distance to Marin drive. Service is good and staff is cooperative . If you are religious Hindu, then Shiva temple is hardly 100 mtr.

Service is bad. There is no elevator. I had a tough time climbing up stairs till 5th floor. I asked for clean towel on my 2nd day and never received that even after mentioning 3-4 times

The rooms was so nee t and clean. Morning breakfast was superb i enjoyed my time in there.

This hotel is near about 1 km away from ernakulam south railway station, easily able to locate. They provided good service. Rooms, housekeeping was okay. They provided free breakfast with limited varieties and only after 8:00 am. They were okay for late checking in and early checkout. Overall good stay if you looking for overnight and shorter stay.
