Park Connect

We had booked 4 rooms of double occupancy with Queen bed, but we were allocated 4 single occupancy room. The staff who were very rude threatened us that they will cancel this without refund.. we were then allocated 2 rooms in near by lodge with us walking with luggages at 11 AM. Please take this property off from the site as this forces me for other options where there are pay at the property option

Location was little bit tricky, not on the main road. Basic amenities were available. Personally felt the staff was Little inattentive or unbothered about guests. Had to remind multiple times to refill water bottle. Had asked for housekeeping service late in the evening but they didn't do it. That was very unacceptable. Hot water was available throughout the day.

Clean rooms, good service, in a very accessible location as very good places are close enough. Would definitely recommend and visit again

The rooms are old from office staff is rude I have check in to the rooms the room is smelling very bad after all the Ac was not working the TV was complint

Everything was good ,tv have some issues and the cll the concern team and clear it if i visit kochi again i will stay there

The ACs and lights are not working in many of the rooms. Also, once we have booked the rooms via MakeMyTrip or any other online booking platform hotel is not ensuring the room is available.

It was really good clean and very good service

This is the second time I am choosing park connect. It's a pocket friendly hotel with good rooms and service. Couple friendly, too.

There no proper services of staff when we needed.there is a lack of basic aminities like a fan. And the main issue is that ac is not working properly. There brought from scraps always make noise. And not working. There is a incident happened Ac is stuck and Ac act like refrigerator when we on it it spit ice cubes and drops to the bed. We are so uncomfortable with these booking by make my trip. That u have notice these things. How we trust anymore

Excellent room with very good ambience. Very clean and friendly staff. Food was also very great.

The room was very nice. They even provided a separate chair and a small teapoy, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was also well-maintained and pleasant. Admittedly, the room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly adequate for a single occupant. It came equipped with a TV, kettle, water bottles, and other complimentary items, including accessories for making tea and coffee. Additionally, the room had a very good cupboard and a secure locker facility.

My Goodness, This is a very dirty and horrible experience that there was no ac, tv, intercom phone was not working well. Once they provided 807 number room, and transferred to 801 there was also very bad and horrible experience. Food which they served it was old and become the loose motion. And canteen service not available after 9 clock, morning before 10 o clock. and even I didn't get the bill because the computer was not working well They said will send it by WhatsApp later. Never select this Hotel, If you wish to make a good and Happy stay please prefer somewhere else except this Hotel 🙏
