Clean room and beddings. Wifi connectivity was also good. Good connectivity and overall good value for money

Initially they provided only a single room ( 2 bed ) with an additional cot. After speaking to them that our booking is for a combo, we got one more single room. Rooms & fittings / over all environmental inside & surrounding was not up to the level of a 3 or 2 star hotel. Hence, we checked out early morning & now staying in another hotel. Thanks

Overall stay was satisfactory. But there was no provision for making tea/coffee in the room, as is available in similar hotels. This is a setback. Also, the parking facility was a bit away from the hotel and it was a bit difficult to man-oeuvre my car inside the enclosed facility.

The Hotel was easy to locate. Surrounding was also safe and peaceful. Just that the lift was not working, I had to use stairs to reach my room.

Hassle free stay. Lift was not working in morning but was fixed in a hour

Please make sure that the customer have a choice for AC and non Ac.
The Hotel charged extra for AC. They hadn't mentioned if the room was AC or non Ac. while the booking was done, only Deluxe double bed was mentioned. At least they should have provided option for AC or non Ac.
