property seems to be old. Location wise it is good. They did show me a couple of rooms for selection. however all of them looked similar and old.

Whash room not cleaned and bed sheet not cleaned verry bad smell for room and wash room some furnituars are brooked whater taps not cleaned tv switch complaint tottely wast i think the booking

- room not thoroughly cleaned - toilet not flushed and cleaned - bed sheet not changed - no towels provided - no drinking water - a/c remote not available at midnight, i was informed that towels would arrive from laundry the next day

The receptionist is good and respectful. They had plenty of parking with neat rooms core of the city. It was a good stay

I am not satisfied. Tv not connected. I requested to connect but not done. Hot water not coming through the tap.

Very poor quality room i have got. Walls of the rooms were broken. Lift was complaint and I have to climb 2 stairs up with my baby to get into my room. It feels like there were no guests in the near days. Waste of money.

The rooms were average, poor linens with lot of stains in it, the cot was not comfortable at all and the bathrooms were stinking, there were no towels provided nor any toileteries, very bad experience

Location is good. No restaurant hence have to walk 500mts to have food. Won’t get quality food anywhere near after 8. 00pm. Cleanliness is horrible. Dirty sheets. Even after complaining they didn’t change the sheets

The rooms are not clean, sheets and towels are almost gray- supposed to be white. No one at the reception to check out. Seems like a waste of money and time. Ac and hot water were there though.

Actually i booked a king size bed room and i got a twin bedroom. The room was unclean, there was stains in the sheets and pillows. They have me a very bad room and i’m not recommending this hotel for anyone

The hotel is like a lodge. the rooms are okay. but the linen and the sheets and blankets.pillows.are are in poor dirty shape.

room was completely isolated from outside environment .so, no fresh air movement inside the room. it's completely a horrible experience. so i was not satisfied with this stay.. i can't stay inside this kind of rooms. wastage of money

Not responsible staff. Overall experience was good. Stay is not clean properly. Service needs to be improved. Is not cleaned fully dust and not responsible staff. Tv remote is not working
